as for the vw specialist, not sure if you call them asking for the center console trim they would get it within an hour. maybe for service items like fiat could.

i no when i do private work its charged at 35 / hour.

Will be doing a clutch on pug 306 and book time is 3,9 hrs. So i think that 140 labour plus parts 60 quid is pretty good. as pug wanted near 600 ;)

knob is stiff… says who? you? as a mechanic i find sometimes people who say things are broken or stiff or faulty actually arent and when i show them its like that with another car then, resolves a question.

also if the battery is old, normally stamped on the positive terminal, then you can charge it till you die but if it wont hold a charge, there aint no point.

we get cars that are brand new and have sat in the factory so long that the dates are 2006, 5 year old battery not being charged so its dead ;) just another view from ‘

same here in innsbruck, i rode nordkette dh yesterday!!! the snow is gone! we had a 2 month winter season if that.. only snow now is at stubai and thats even slush after 10am…

was 24 deg yesterday and 23 today. great weather!!!!

i live in the alps and i must say i agree,,

i ride bike parks through out the region and with my old ht, was boring! but was still able to.

then i bought my big bike and its more comfy and fun and is alot faster!!

i would only have a ht if i moved back to the uk. as i dont see a huge need for a fs bike. especially with anything bigger than 160mm.

but also i wouldnt ride with only 110 as i would bottom them out within minutes.

your pic is very impressive but think how much more comfy you would be on a fs ;)

wouldnt regard myself as one. I tried all the other “top” brands and all fell short. Went to a mac 4 months ago and would buy another and would recommend them also to anyone else that gets pissed off with the slow workings and problematic windows. I still use windows on my other machine for certain things but i think you cant beat a mac at the moment in my opinion
