all year tbh, i live in innsbruck, so hiking stubai etc isnt uncommon.

our regular dog walk is innsbruck approx 900m to 2800 with him thats our sunday morning trip ;)

it is alot but its mostly a spring, summer, autumn thing, but me and a friend are looking at mont blanc base camp this year so want to get used to hiking up with full kit etc..

    yes they are,

i changed cos my sifu was very very good, i now joined my local wing tsun here in innsbruck which i found whilst living here so its all back to training.

my old club was 4 nights a week, mon-thurs and fri was escrima if you wanted but was like 70 a month. well worth it.

because we trained so much it became very much second nature when someone grabbed your shoulder or so you felt the pressure and moved your body in a split second. i used to use work colleagues as training when they went to tap me on the back or so etc…. loved it

    lol

    wing tsun here..

for 4 years and i would quite happily use it if needed to really put someone down.

was with my brother on a train once and needed a quick and swift way to solve the dispute.

he tried stealing my trainers of all things and i refused so he then went to strangle me whilst i was sitting and he was standing in front with 2 of his friends in front of my brother.

i broke his wrist pretty quick and a couple of his fingers on the other hand and rolled his ankle. we then ran off the train after and still got chased by the other 2 for about 3 km lol …

it wont put all the others off even if you give 1 a gooden lol so just stick to running but keep your trainers ;)

Swapthings were great till we got real mud. Some sections bout 10cm deep and they just wash out. So on the look for something with a taller spike as such.

Might have a look then at the dans instead.

    Cheers guys

    how many miles it done?

water pumps arent uncommon at about 100,000 either

best to get bmw to check it out, would only take 5 mins for someone who knows what to look at.

you can take the cowl off and you would see it.

its a garage job tho tbh as you need to remove the belts and pulley.

the pulley is normally a 1 peice but if its the pulley thats failed it will have a crack through it or its completly hanging in there.

but also could be something else . like i said its hard to diagnose without seeing it.

note tho, do look at sorting the swirlflaps out ;) bmw say there is no problem with them. ;)

    i am a bmw tech ;)

my money is on the bottom pulley rubber has seperated from the pulley itself.

obv without me looking or listening its hard to say but that what it cud be.

swirlflaps are a big problem and should be removed even if its not the problem or it will cause you a 5k plus bill of just parts alone.

but if it was that, it would be a metalic noise on throttle and always be there and never mattered if you was turning left or right.

its balls, im 6ft 5 and i tried giant uk and i would of even travelled down to go get a glory and they refused to get one in my size when i was at home in the uk, so i contacted giant at and they got 1 sent in from holland and i went up fitted nicely and i bought it haha..

dont know why they arent more adaptable considering we are looking at spending thousands in some cases.

    got mine for 4800!
