i do it and have done for the past 7 months and im still not bored and have no goal either, just to be and stay in good shape.

i do 20 min run, 20 min ride, 20 min x trainer every time all keeping my heart rate up high.

then bugger off to do 1 hour or so of weights.

my routine is about 2.5 hours every day and have missed 1 day CHRISTMAS lol and i felt fat from not going.

i get my sleep i need, doing this much needs you to be getting enough sleep and eating right.

so unless you got the signs said above or your uncomfortable…KEEP GOING!!!

he called them to ask about the option as its flagged as free shipping, they said to him to chose singapore but the add that it was going to singapore. They didnt tell him he would have to pay. ok he also might not of asked but i would of thought they would of said look we dont have the option for nepal so it might cost, maybe you want to look into it yourself.

The free shipping thingy is confusing for people wanting delivery out of the uk. Last week i went to buy a helmet costing 40 euros in the sale, i didnt buy it waiting for payment from work. Went to buy it yesterday and now its 15 euros delivery ontop. Do i expect free delivery no, but when its said you can then i do expect it.

Good luck with your probs mate and hope you can maybe share responsability together and explain to them on the phone rather than email and pay halfs….

i have just been back there to have a look, NO SIGNS and the road has been cleared and there is a disabled sign on the floor only, which is shit as last night the snow was immense so not really sure how i would of seen it.

The 'hills' are great! I look out of my window in the morning look up and i got a view of just mountains and snow!

Innsbruck is a very clean and busy city which is nice and reminds me a little of covent garden size wise. Its about 5k by 5k and everything is inside of this so its homely lol..

Places for riding are real good too.

I like it alot here, except the whole parking situation is very strict so if you get a place here make sure you have adequet parking on a drive or garage!

there were only poles saying pay and display but obviously in my countrys language (german)

we've had hardly anything here for the winter yet.
