There was a scam going around Stafford a short while back – Cold callers at your door stating you had been paying too much council tax and expecting you to give them your bank details so the 'refund' could be paid in… Love one of them F666kers to knock on my door…
For the first time in perhaps 35yrs, my Mrs actually has let me know what she wants… so it was 5 mins blokey shopping trip (inclusve of parking) and now its all over and I can mop the sweat off my brow and reeelaaaxxxx. 😉
Give them an answer as confusing as the question..
But in other words.. are they saying that due to the fact you can fettle bikes for eg, then you must be mechanically minded, so therefore you could try adding that experience of self motivation and attention to detail from other sources not just your job (I dont know what you do for a living) – in other words – dont sit on other skills that can be shared with your company.. that sort of bollocks.. more work for less pay..
If we are to have 83ft lorries then they had better ban the use of Sat Nav in them… they are bound to come unstuck in some of the rat runs lorries try to use when guided by sat-nav
Not only do we have seperate acounts, they are with different banks – always keep your money spread out – we even have a different bank for our savings…
Goans point was not so much about putting his child in the car seat anyway – this probably takes seconds anyway if all the straps are easily adjusted. WHAT the point was is why is it necessary to display anger over a few seconds of delay – its no worse than a lollipop lady in the road, someone pushing a pram across the road, an old lady / man crossing the road.. this happens, its no problem unless you are a getaway driver on a bank heist… The world needs to slow down.. the only clock that really matters is tickin behind your ribs –
I think Goan was doing what good parents do – looking after their children, I would like to know what the % is of the voices on this topic have actually got children.
Children are notoriously single minded, especially when parents are distracted – so by ensuring that both children were safe then if it took all day to put the child into its car seat then so be it.
The impatient driver was in the wrong – does he blast his/her horn at people on zebra crossings as well – what a **** —
I park on the WhiteHouse CP, only near the road tho' never been anything to mither about – (in the week lorry drivers now park on there so a bit more security..
I think it when you are in the barbers seat you really do try to look cool when telling him what you want and that when you get home you realised you asked the barber to make you look like a plonker…
I wonder how morbidly obese people get life cover for mortgages – they must pay one hell of a premium or the policy is full of legal exclusions… But, in this day and age the PC people would be screaming blue murder if this suggestion were to be aired openly..
If its so important to H&S why dont the company subsidise a proper coffee / tea making machine for the office and put a task sheet / cleaning schedule up so it is tended to on a regular basis for cleasing and refilling – you could always have that lovely ground coffee instead of the freeze dried stuff..
Have you forgotten that we are all critics on something or other – some people just joined magazine agencies and got jobs as critics in one field or another to fill column inches in those magazines, the woman wine critic who also does the Britains Best Dish must be pissed out of her mind by the end of every day…
I never logout from STW, when I start up the browser and go to favourites I just click on STW icon and it starts up with me logged in?
Try adding STW into favourites, dont log out when finished and see what happens next time you log in.
My mate next door has PS3, I have Xbox, He states Xbox graphics are much better – I state my xbox is prone to breaking down.
He can play Blue Ray movies – I can't,
My Xbox was cheaper – but it has already had to be repaired (ring of death) more PS3 games out there as well
