They where going to go ahead without fans. Maybe by cancelling and putting it on later in the year it will go ahead with spectators 🤞

Odi longnecks are pretty good like old school mushroom bmx grips. Comfy and grippy.

Was at dalby today and loved it I’m there a few times every month as it’s only an hour away. But of the choices listed it’d be glentress for me. If you haven’t been to glentress for 15 years there’ll be some new stuff like berm baby berm but the old stuff from spooky down is as good as ever. And a bite to eat at the glentress hotel is recommended too.

I have the active extreme long sleeve and it’s great. Dries fast keeps you warm in winter and I even wear it under a jersey when it’s warmish as it seems to help wick sweat away really well. It’s thin with thin ribs if this is similar to the one you have.

I’ve got dlx’s at the minute and they’re certainly better than My standard free riders in the wet but still hold on to a lot of water.

Have a look at trail finder mtb on you tube he has a video of a circular route from grizedale over to coniston and back and also one of the bridleways of grizedale that looks good He has a few other lakes routes that are worth doing too. He also has strava links to the rides on you tube too.

I used to watch bkxc’s extended cuts on patreon when on the static bikes at the gym they cost $3 a month but where well worth it. The older ones are better than the newer ones in my opinion as he was riding better trails captain Ahab ,whole enchilada, downieville etc.

I’ve started parking at adderstone field and starting there it makes the long draggy bits in the middle more enjoyable as I have more energy I like the bits between visitor centre and Dixon’s hollow so doing that at the end when I’m starting to flag is ok.

Went up and rode gt  red/black on Saturday and inners red on Sunday. glentress was quiet but still a few people around inners car park was busy this morning but the red trail was ok it’s a long climb to the top but the descent was great. Popped into the glentress hotel for breakfast and a chat with Murray. Nice guy and the breakfast was spot on.

I’m interested in this too. hoping to go end of August  not too bothered about the facilities but it would be better if they where open. But need to know what trails are open.

There was a calibre astronut in go outdoors Stockton-on-Tees a few days ago they had a frame only option in store too. They wouldn’t deliver though you’d have to collect in store

Not a full bike but had a custom built frame made by Greg fuquay in 92/93 it was tange prestige, full custom with a gorgeous candy apple red paint job. It was absolutely stunning. If I remember correctly it cost me about £500 dread to think what it would cost today.

I have a levo and a 5010 haven’t ridden the 5010 since I’ve had the levo and I don’t really miss it. I look forward to every ride on the levo.

I have a 2019 base levo and I love it. Riding more than ever.upgraded forks to lyriks and brakes to hopes as the stock brakes where rubbish

I think the only other difference is the lyrik has a different crown but all the important things would be the same as a lyrik.

Cheers for your thoughts so far keep it coming. Definitely after subtle over tacky but got a plain black frame so could handle a bit of colour if done right. Going for black or silver levers and callipers for sure but not sure about bore caps etc. Need more pics

We have stayed at great glen water park the last 5 or 6 years it’s a bit of a drive, 30 minutes or so but the views are good so I don’t mind the drive we get a cabin that sleeps 6/8 for about £350 for fri/sat/sun nights so about £20 a night each 3 bedrooms and a kitchen and decent size lounge to hang out in after the compulsory trip to Morrison’s in fort Bill. pub/restaurant and swimming pool on site and great views of the loch it’s nice and chilled compared to the places near fort Bill.
