No, time doesn’t slow *for you*. You just look slower to everyone else.

Well, aren’t time and space part of the same thing? Time goes slower the faster you travel and when you get toward the speed of light it tends towards 0 so that would put a limit on the speed of light!

I think the key thing to remember about the cube thing is that all the angles are right angles, all the time!

@travis – is that anything to do with a 4D cube? I’d like to know more…

Sharkattack – what you describe sounds like classic depression and you should talk to your doctor. I found antidepressants very helpful in calming that kind of self-destructive thinking.

Another tip: Put the chain on the big ring and wind the crank until the split link is over the front of the ring. Now, from the bottom, work one extra link onto the chainring, making one link “bulge” away from the ring. Move this slack up the teeth until the link that is bulging is the split link. Now tap the sticking-up end of the split link with a mallet. The split link is trapped between the mallet and the chain ring and should undo.
A diagram would be easier but I don’t have one.

There was an item on the radio a few weeks ago about a report saying these checks are a waste of time and money because the only people who turn up for them are the ones who are fit and healthy.
Mind, I’m only bitter because my cholestrol came in at 8 and I’m now off butter, cheese, nuts (!) and red meat. The nurse also told me to get more exercise. I told her I was cycling about 100 miles a week and she said “a good job too!”

IME the worst problem is condensation which forms on any cold, shiny surface ( windows, plastic walls etc) so the more you can carpet and insulate the better.

Run in front a bus in Bedminster

How weird. I had a dream about Bedminster just the other night. My dad used to own a shop there and I was trying to find it/ Couldn’t of course. Fasthaggis, I think you’re winning.
