Hard wearing, easily cleaned. Ive had mine for three years in my van and before that I had them in my Focus. Easy to slip on and off. Top just slips over the headrest and the front then pulls over the front of the seat. And when you are in your Sunday best you can just pull it off.

When I was in work we had about ten of them and used them on customers cars when we had to move them.

Flag down your local Snap-on or Mac Tools dealer in his van and get on of their seat covers. Iv had mine in my van for 3 years now. Just pull it off in the evening if I go out in it.

    Theres a few here

Thanks mate. Strange thing is they used DHL 5 years ago and got a crap service off them, thats why they got their own vans. Never had a lost or late parcel in the following 5 years. Hope DHL do them proud and screw them aswell… 🙂

Anyway its pushed me into starting something on my own involving my previous job as a motorsport engineer and biking…. Should be up and running in a month or so hopefully..

I guess I was a sub-contractor. I’m self-employed and worked for a mate who had the contract to distribute freight for a large engineering supply company. The vans and fuel were supplied by the main company and my mate supplied the labour ( me ). He was called into the NDC on Monday morning and was told that the vans were going back to the lease company and they had got DHL in to ship their freight. My mate then had the job of phoning the 6 of us to tell us there was no more work.

I joined the club on Tuesday. Company sent all the vans back to lease company and got DHL in to ship all their freight. Then a telephone call to say dont come in again…. 🙁

I met the owners of 559bikes.com at Mountain Mayhem. They are based in Chepstow and im sure have nothing to do with IWH. They are very nice people and seemed very genuine to me.

I would first off get it read at a local garage, if your struggling to get it read I might be able to borrow the scanner and read it for you. Im in Sutton Coldfield but ride the chase a few times a week.

Get the ECU read by a local garage to see if there are any faults logged. If the turbo is blown then you would have no power all the time and not just at 70miles an hour. Could be a load of things, air flow meter, air temp sensor, EGR valve, air filter, fuel filter, I could keep going…

Your based in the Midlands arent you…? Any where near Halesowen?

The bushes you have shown push into the 20mm bore of hub. They then reduce it down to the 9mm so your skewer can go through it.

Second what Rudeboy said. My bedroom in my flat gets very warm as its all concrete construction and being on the ground floor I cant have the window open. Bought a desk fan and its perfect.

Alex, those adaptors are for converting a 20mm hub down to a QR wheel not the otherway round like you want to do.

I think there is an updated mount from Garmin. Get in touch and “complain” a bit and they may replace it

Search on Motionbased forum for “mount”

I used the rubber inserts on a Vauxhall Combo van when I used to transport my roll cab full of tools around. When the van was empty you couldnt tell they were in but with the roll cab in the back of the van they certainly kept the ride height at a “legal looking” height… 🙂

Lie the bike on the ground. Take 20 steps back, run like hell then at the last minute jump it…. easy… 🙂

Went yesterday to see a mate do his first 24hr race. Course, as said above, was dusty for most of it apart from the woods at the top. As for the chicken run I think most people got used to the abuse hurled at them from our “friendly” postman for those that took the easy route and didnt mind being called a mincer…

Fair play to all the unicyclists who rode down the hard route.. 😯

I think there will be a photo gallery of some well known people taking the “mincer” route up soon… 😆

The transit bolts only take out the movement of the dampers on the drum and not the revolving of it
