Had a couple of borders twenty years ago now… seeing this thread has made think of getting a couple more, lovely dogs, and as said they loved chasing all day and equally sitting in front of the fire all day… awesome dogs

After 4 loans and a cc from natwest I received 3.4k in total. It took about 2 hours work from me just filling in a firm. Don’t use a third party as they take a third of your earnings plus vat

Also the don’t forget the value of the Euro has fallen due to the brexit referendum and everything is more expensive here, the pound has fallen even further so a double whammy for the brits..

Opec have reduced output so even higher prices on oil which relates to higher delivery manufacturing costs etc…

You need to check rates against the dollar/yen, and you can see how far it has fallen…

Brexit shouldn’t be problem, when LePenn gets in and they vote on frexit, followed by Greece, Italy etc.. then we will have a trade deal oh… hang on… another EU

I had one of these in brown but with the stag alloys when I passed my test.

2.5 straight six, replaced the twin SU carbs with some webber 40’s, drank fuel and wheelspun in 3rd, great car.

    Sadly it rot away

Thinking of heading over there as I’m only 3 hours away, I have always wanted a california replica, and that alloy body with pretty much rolling chassis can be a good buy

The Iveco Daily’s, Sprinters are too big as I will be using it to access some trails for repair etc.. and some of the roads are very narrow.

Well spoke to my mechanic next door (he owns a defender) and he said if I don’t buy that santana in autotrader in the above post then I’m an idiot!!

Our friends use the ex carabinieri iveco daily 4×4 riot vans, they come up at 7/8k Euro but they are huge, they have pajero’s for general 4×4 duties.. The Delica is mine..

    Thanks for the advice guys

That Santana looks good, Is the under carriage and running gear the same as a Landrover or are they different?

I currently have a T5 and a Fiat Ducato for general shuttle and transfer duties, just need a slightly bigger 4×4 for the epic ride days so will not be used every day…

Maybe a beefed up T4 or syncro may be the way to go as the offroad is only rough fire roads, no mud or ruts

Lived in Norbiton for a few years and loved it there, but kingston itself is pretty and by the river, but full of chain pubs/restaurants and not a nice place at night.

trains are crap and take ages. Surbiton line much better. Moved to walton on thames where its cheaper but it seemed like it was a place for the filthy, or filthy rich, nowt much in between.

commutin by bike from kingston is great tho, the park, putney, kings road and pretty much in london… took me on avg 40 mins, quicker than the train/tube

    live in Italy now though!!

specialized had it right when they stuck with 26 and 29 (market forces changed their mind)….. everybody wanted 27.5, realised wasn’t all that.

    Now it’s 29… 31 in 2018…..

But as a guide and who has a new bike each season, I will be riding my 2014 Enduro (with the 650b model shock shuttle) through the 2017 season and probably 2018 season.. I cannot think of a single bike that will replace it…

Go where the Germans go, they love flow trails. Finale is the Morzine for Germans, and make sure you visit Nava nearby, better trails and no crowds.

I have the good fortune of living in italy and 1 euro at the bar just a minute away.

Only places in Italy that have these are waiting rooms or someone who lives too far from a bar…
