Ah, with an HTC HD2, you can carry as many spare batteries as you want, thats one big reason i don't like iphones.

An iphone would'nt last a day in my hands, my old nokia gets soaking everytime it rains ( if i'm working), gets dropped alot and still works. Its been filled with water before now (several times), but take the battery out and put on a very hot radiator…sorted. Good piece of kit the iphone but not that good, HTC HD2 is better and i've used both. IMO of course!!!

Yep, right move in my book. On my messanger duties to the ruffer parts of town, like Angel, often get yoofs eying up my bike and getting a bit 'close' but although i'm a wee lad, i think the reputation cycle couriers have of being a bit mad, and a long hard stare does the trick and they leave it.

If push came to shove, having lived with a scotsman, my mental scottish nutter routine would come into play and i would hope for the best….

Our dyson is shit, constantly blocks for no reason other than crap design, every other time i use it, i have to take it part to make it better than a dust pan and brush….is old ish but, every henry i've used has been miles ahead, even in the wet.

Met a couple of chaps in Morzine last year that we're both in training for military helicopter action, they could'nt wait to get to war…nutters, but it did sound like a lot of fun. Shame they'll die early though, coz helicopter pilots quit whilst they're ahead or crash and die.

Use them loads on my messanger duties, have a pair of bontis on now, same deal..fast, high pressure, but once they wear down, do puncture easy, but i cut the bead of old ones and bung that inside the new one, no punctures.

All in for the price, good, tried and very tested.

Not to bad in the wet, just take it easy as you would, as for ice/snow, forget it.

aracer- very true, but the 'cold' takes alot of bystanders, i for one, chose not to work on wednesday in london as a cycle courier because all it takes is one slip and thats that…it is, in my opinion to dodgy, and having gone back to work on thursday, fellow couriers said the morning was blatantly dangerous..i chose not to, but then again as you say, on any given day.
