Had a pair of Oakley baggies, worn everyday whilst couriering, so alot, two years before they died, and got them 40% off so all good.

On some Cannondale Grind baggies now, very comfy liner and a tough outer, may get a bit hot in the summer but for cooler stuff seem good so far, they were also reduced and recon they'll last well.

Shame…having a crown race did'nt stop me from getting very wet today, perhaps i should get rid of it…

Aahh good one doc….Having watched the vid, it would appear that it was indeed an freak accident in terms of regular type crashes in this sport. Those posts were probably of no major concern before now, but i guess this changes things a little, or alot…
As said above, if you consider that kind of vid offensive then don't watch it, for me it's a case of seeing what actually happened and in no way is it some kind of sick turn on 😕

Yep, sticky master cylinder piston..above sounds good, stripped mine and totally cool now, and nines do have seals on the pistons, you can, if need be swap the master cylinder and caliper pistons between models (nine/stroker), same size just different looking but it all works, i know cos i've done it!

Once you've taken hayes brakes apart, it really is very very easy to sort them should you need to. I won't need new brakes for years.
