Moving the cable attachment up there is a backwards step imo, as not having a moving loop of cable was one of the great bits of the old one.

My old one is getting a lot of fore and aft play now, but don’t think I would get the new one.

The gripshifr puts me off. Could they not have a cable operated trigger on each side of rhe bar to pull the gearbox in opposite directions?

    Hi Timmy

I wondered if the play in the Crux had got any worse.

Could you also do me a favour and measure from the bottom of the collar on the seatpost itself, to the saddle rails when the post is fully extended, so i can see if one would fit my frame.

    Thanks

Did you not measure all this before purchasing?

Implies that the accidents were all caused by the cyclists and it was their fault.

How old is the car. Alloys can become porous over time and stop holding air.

326 is the torque after a remap on the SD?

I prefer to put the capacity of the washer fluid bottle on the back of my car.

Have to say I do love it. My lastlast full suspension bike was a 2005 Giant Reign, and although this has less travel,it seems to ride just as well.

It was indeed cheaper to buy a new brake than the hose, bleed kit, fluid and new brake pads. Crazy eh.

It’s a medium, and at 5’10 it suits me. It’s longer than the 45650b and the reach is about 4mm more. It feels more stable and doesn’t feel any heavier than the 45650b did.

It’s very quiet and with a lower bb feels a lot more planted when cornering. Climbs a lot better seated as there is more traction. In summary I love it so far.

Interestingly enough I just put strava on to drive to tesco and back. Despite being at the upper end of the speed limits (if you know what I mean) I have only taken KMC by a second or two.

Some of them have people who only manage a 9 mph average speed on an 8 mile ride, doing 36 mph segments uphill. Think I will leave mine on.

If he has a favourite blanket or similar that he lies on, hang it on the washing line as the smell will attract him.

Best time to look is on a night, when it’s quiet and you might hear him. As he isn’t used to being outside, the busy day time may well be too much for him and he will be hiding.

    Hope you get him back.

Then do it another 6 or 7 times and see your total time.

First day in nearly a month where I have felt ok after an unidentified virus had me in hospital.

First ride on new (to me) bike build.

But is the laptop taking that bit of screen movement and reading it as the lid being closed?

I think thats what he was getting at.

I would imagine somewhere in the region of 2-300 hundred, which is about the going rate, although some companies charge differing amounts in different areas.

I dont see whay he would. He bought the frame as it stated it can run 2.8 tyres. He fitted some and they rub. Bird jave bsically admitted their frames dont rub, so why should he have to run a narrower tyre.

Thanks for replies about the decals. I like the black decals on the green TR, but am not struck on the white decals on the grey frame, which is the frame colour i really like.

Slight hijack. Can owners tell me if the decals are under the clear coat? Also looking at a TR but the white decals are putting me off.

Couldnt get it working on xbox one, or the website on their either. Kept saying i had no internet connectiom although i did.

Got app working on tablet fine and was streaming to chromecast, then it just randomly would switch to streaming something else off the red bull app instead.

From what i have heard you would be nuts not to try Joe’s Dry lube at only £2 a bottle. So dry it wont attract any dirt.

Can be purchased from On One or Planet X

Ah, Xenon 2, loved that game.

Trail looks good, but I can’t help think it looks like it would be more fun on a non fat bike.

Sounds dodgy certainly. I wouldnt think that should happen on a full suspension bike, as its surely dangerous if you bottom out the suspension.

Come on guys, any one else own or know some one who does that can test theirs?
