In Oct 2020 I went into.hospital via ambulance with kidney stones. Spent 5 days in there and had kidney stents fitted with the idea that 6 weeks later I’d return to hospital and have the stones blasted, new stents fitted and then two weeks later have the stents removed for good.
Then came the second wave of C-19 and 4 months later I stil haven’t been back in hospital. I’ve had near continuous infection. Embarrassingly I have virtually no bladder control and all my P is full of blood from the stents. Last week I gave in and accepted a prescription for Tramadol which is helping but doesn’t completely relieve the pain and helps not one bit with bladder control. I’m self employed but can’t work for.more than 3 hours before I’m doubled up again.
My advice.is don’t have the stents fitted if you can’t guarantee them being removed after 6 weeks.

I went to Evans in Bham before xmas, a mate was looking for a new Trek. It was disappointing compares to pre SD days. Staff werent interested, located in the lower floors of H of F. I wont bother again.

I havent ridden properly since October last year. I had an operation and havent yet recovered enough. Add into that infections post op, a son with Covid so I have had to isolate and then last night the wife tested positive so have to isolate again. Actually thought about selling the bikes due to lack of use and not being able to ride in the foreseeable future.

No problem with stating the obvious mate. Yes I’m using the micro usb. Im actually using a Samsung phone charger plug with micro usb lead. Is that likely to provide the correct charging rate?

I’ve had one of these for 2 years now. The last 12 months its not been used but still took.about 2 hrs to fully discharge. I’ve tried charging it back up but its taking a long long time im.not even sure it’s charging. How should you recharge these, from a plug socket usb or from the computer usb?

Are any of the failures classed as MAJOR? If so then advertising it make ssure the buyer knows this as any mot you thought you had remaining is automatically cancelled with a MAJOR fail. Hence any buyer would need to trailer or recover it away.

I’m tempted by a set of the stans 29’er wheels but theres no details of which hub adapters are included.

I had a set new about 5 years ago. Pedalling around Cannock Chase one day shortly after getting them and the freehub broke. I returned them and it took over 2 weeks for them to be returned to me. A few days later the freehub went again so they were returned to SS for another new freehub.
Shortly after I sold the bike but about 3 weeks later the new owner had the freehub go on him. He gave up and bought a different brand.
So there was a continual issue with the freehub and the customer service was frankly diabolical. It kind of put me off them tbh. Theyre trying to be a cheap Hope but theyre just cheap.

I havent read the books, and have no idea what the series is based on. I’m not into sci fi or fantasy films, but I thought from the adverts that this looked good so I watched it.
