James stainless spokes may not ‘rust’ but they still prone to corrosion when subject to salt.

Google ‘crevice corrosion’ one of the common causes of stress cracks.

Stainless is also very brittle when compared with what used to be called rustless spokes.

Chrome plated spokes are just sh1t – period.

Aero spokes offer a couple of advantages over round spokes also, so worth considering.

same happened to me last year, except it was a brand new set of easton DH bars that ended up with big chunks of carbon missing, the guy had gone over the handlebars, lent the bike in good faith and the guy didn’t even tell me he had crashed (he also scuffed and took chunks out of various other parts), lucky there were several witnesses including me, he promised he would pay for the damage but eight months later no new parts or cheque.

So people are just **** 😥

Why does she always have to come round the outside and make life hard for herself. It shows just how fast she is though to make up a bikes length in the finishing straight against quality opposition.

What ever you spend on the saw spend the same on tuition. A f%^& up using a hammer gives you a sore finger a f£$% up with a chainsaw could see the blood drain from a major artery very quickly.
