Bronson / solo are old models. May see the new one this week as there are photos around on the web of the new one (White proto like they did with the nomad)

Best looking hardtail I have seen for ages. Definitely on the wish list

You will need an engineer. You don’t need an architect if you know how to submit a warrant, produce scale drawings and provide workable compliant details, blah, blah, blah

For some balance I thought it was awful and sold the machine within a week.

Broke two today. Broken many in the past. I am light too. Which suggests I am a bumbling idiot and bash through stuff with no finesse whatsoever..

I assume PX now own the tomac brand? Hideous ‘merican branding if so. Looks like something from the A team.

It is great but it was better. Clear felling ruined the ridge, they gravel pathed huge sections, the wind farm climb is rubbish and the omega man used to be flowy. That said I personally still love it.

I agree with the op. I run a 26 and 650b. 650 feels sluggish in comparison with similar builds. I would love to try a 26 with the long, low slack ‘modern geometry’. Still no point moaning it’s all about 650b+ now eh?

It’s for lightness and stiffness at the BB apparently

First child, no because you worry about everything

Second, no problem, you soon realise that you don’t care about others on flights and the locals where you are going manage to have children

Got both. Neither perfect, but the lev with southpaw is much better to use.

Nope. Suspect the subscribers are going to be left high n dry. I doubt we will see remaining subs back either. I have called and emailed but have been ignored so far.

May still try and buy a copy though oddly

Had or extensively ridden all three. Mark 1 was great and lairy but is weird in smaller rings and ate bearings. Mark 2 is great, with a bit steeper HA and more agile feeling than the mark 3. Mark 3 has the spirit of the mark one in a better package, personally I would love to try a 26 version of it as I find 27.5 a bit sluggish on the ups and flats. So all in the mk2 would be my vote if you can’t get a three (with little between them)

They will be as toothless as the liberals were with that number of seats. Cameron will offer some fiscal autonomy which they will screw up (just look at their record in power) and the shine may quickly come off the dream machine that have been pedalling.

Nope, never would and prefer not to know how others have voted. It makes you pigeonhole people or try and coerce them into your world view.

Good story of a man and wife in my partners shop. Man proclaims to everyone that he and his wife are SNP supporters (not relevant to the story) makes a big song and dance about it and tries to persuade everyone in earshot. Man leaves, wife pops back in, apologises and then says she has spent her life voting the opposite of him because he was such a pushy get

It’s probably going to go a bit nomad lite. So try one of those and see if you like the feel and pedal strikes, if you don’t then get the current gen bronson…

That was probably me. Pads on for mincing round pollok park. Some marked trails, but lots of trouble if you know where to look.

Yep they really gubbed ae, the mega berms and awful dogleg climb are no replacement for the older bits

M&S tinned chilli, Bolognaise, and curry are all excellent. Even at home. Not cheap though.

Had mine done about 5 years ago and it cost circa £350 with a service. It’s not cheap.

Great shame. Let’s hope someone buys it out as I have most of a sub remaining. I guess the money from YT couldn’t pay the bills

Mk2 had 2 versions an original QR option then the 142 thru axle rear end. The mk1 had about 4 options…

It’s all about the 650b+ now folks get with it.

Everyone just needs to start accepting wheel size like the amount of travel, or intended use and just choose the one you like. As long as you can get tyres I don’t get the issue at all.

So I just need to get the 8mm bolt up to torque again. Sounds like they weren’t installed correctly by the lbs, or they loosen up slightly after initial use?

I might never get on the trail. Do tubeless slowly lose air if you leave them for any length of time (10psi a week on mine?)

Muddle by or pay more tax. It is far too complex to meaningfully change without exorbitant cost.
