The ceramic grease looks good but not sure if it will fit my grease gun. One of the comments says it’s thinner than usual grease. Probably could squeeze that tube into a tube that fits my gun.

Hope I haven’t worn anything out by using thick grease. Thin all the way now.

Condor were selling m-prep really cheap a few months ago and I stupidly didn’t buy any.

Been using normal finish line stuff and wanna start using something thinner. Yeah guess it doesn’t need much so might just get super lube.

There were police at Oxford circus last week. I pulled up over the white line and the policewoman asked me to go behind the line. I asked her why they don’t ask the same for motorists in the advanced stop zone. She said they did. In 10 years of riding around London I have not once seen them say anything to a driver in the advanced stop zone. After this a bus obviously jumped the red light (as they do a lot) on the other side of the road. They did nothing of course.

I’m waiting until they make one with 559 EnduRad wheels.

My Mum was diagnosed with high cholesterol and is now on statins or whatever they are called. She has been riding and racing road bikes for years and is super fit and healthy. I have been pretty fit and healthy now for many years and vegetarian since the age of 18 (I know you can eat crap and be veggie). Was told I had a slightly raised cholesterol marker, was quite a surprise but looks like I inherited from my Mum.

Well I’m sold, my next bike will be EnduRad.

I just bought bushings when mine went wobbly, the bearing was fine. I’ll see if I can find the link to the bushings.
