Simply do the following steps:
1) Open a command window (Start->Run, type in 'cmd' hit enter)
2) To remove image preview, type and hit enter
regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll
3) To readd image preview, type and hit enter
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
4) To remove media preview, type and hit enter
regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll
5) To readd media preview, type and hit enter
regsvr32 shmedia.dll

Try 2) and 4)
Use 3) and 5) to put things back as they were.

There is an issue with explorer showing previews of .avi video that will cause it to crash.
If you have taken and short videos with your camera it may be these that are causing the problem.

I don't have an easy answer for you but google should help.
You can turn off preview for instance.

Sustrans Route 2 runs along the coast there. It is marked as "Traffic Free" on the sustrans maps with a diversion onto back roads through Telscombe.

More RAM needed

Increased paging file means you've run out of RAM space so more drive space is needed to take up the difference. Increasing the page file will make the PC slower as drive access is slower than RAM.

The text for headings is the same for links so it is not always clear what is a link and what is a heading. I initially didn't find the prices because I had assumed that the skills headings were not links as they look the same as the page heading.

I've just sarted with the multi release cleats recommended above and they work ok.

Don't adjust the cleat position on your shoes in order to help with release. The position should only be based on riding comfort and efficiency.
