legspin have a look at the matlock Beeley Loop, hereRowsley bit

There are some stiles though, the bit straight out of Rowsley by the river might be too technical for a trailer but there is a easier bit which also runs parallel to the river, you will probably end up on this anyway as its easy to miss the single track section by the river

So glad I didn’t do it this year, try sintered pads next time

I've never heard of anyone getting bit on the eye, thats impressive

I dont know the lift was expected around 12 but it was his missus picking him up so I'm guessing more like 2pm, maybe the midges got him and he never got out

Not feeling to bad, rode to work today and every thing seemed OK ish, although it wasnt far.
