I’d advise against using them, there was an almighty fracas when users of the official Glastonbury Festivals website (since taken down) discovered that the moderators had ready access to everyones PM’s, why do you need it? why not just use email?

Nicky was a pivotal player (maybe THE pivotal player in our 2002/2003 season) when we were beaten in the playoffs to reach the Premier league. The next season he was largely injured and subsequently moved on to Ipswich I think. If he’d stayed fit he’d have definitely been with the club still in the season when we finally made it to the Premier league (05/06) and would be truly writ into legend status among devotees.

I use endura mens 3/4s, for full length ones I use endura womens ones with normal shorts underneath.

They sell them in quite a few bike shops, they’re in a green tube.

No worries. Those tables I was talking about are called Zimm, or there are another brand I think called nuun (or something similar). They are very good for cramp.

Doesn’t bother me at all, just these days it’s more unsual than it used to be when I first started.

My computer shows 30.5 but I had a mile to the toilet at the lower barn and back at the start 🙂
