64gb playbook here and very happy, the itunes sync over wifi is excellent and whilst the default file manager blows “files and folders” works a treat. Also have an ipad3 in the house but always tend towards the playbook. I’d recommend one.

Just got a blackberry PlayBook 64gb and I would recommend it over the rest of the contenders, very happy.

djaustin I’m quite tempted by the playbook, sounds like RIM are about to go belly up though 🙁

never been a fan of BB’s but if it would sync to itunes and could use it to pick up & send POP/IMAP that would be good enough, I guess that it would tether to an iphone4s for mobile use??

on the playbook, why can’t it conect to work? how do you find it in general? is it quick? stable? what browser does it use?

I use a barrel bag, it fits in their stupid metal cage.

to be fair there was quite a bit of traffic on the A roads, lots of stopping and starting and I kept forgetting to take them out of gear.

I’ve a Squire J Mascuis Jazzmaster and its bloody lovely, in fact its better quality that my old USA strat! Yes it has the tun-o-matic bridge but to be honest after the LIVING HELL that was the Jag bridge I’d settle for a slightly altered trem function.

On the other hand I also have a USA blacktop Jazzmaster, on which I swapped out the fender ‘bucker and replaced with a SD Distortion along with swapping the Jag bridge for a mustang bridge.

The old Jag bridge is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE thing and those who endorse it should be forced to scrabble around on the floor during a gig hunting for a stupid grub screw that despite being loctite’d in still managed to work its way loose. BAN THAT SICK FILTH NOW.

I’m now off to hide my bank card.
