could be, ours was shitetastic and eventually an engineer came out, moved the main socket to the living room, killed the broadband off all the other sockets but one (wireless works fine, well, it works but thats another story) and fitted a hard wired microfilter, its probably the shitty microfilter see if you can get a hard wired microfilter/socket fitted. speed went from 3meg up to 7meg (but now its crapped out since we’ve refused to renew our BT contract).

I run the 07 models and they are the bees knees, not the lightest of forks in the world but I love em, smooth as silk in action and the set up options means that you can tune them up and dial them in to suit your preferences. I love mine. I’d suggest picking up some of the 07’s and having them serviced if I were you :)
