Clearly another example of the Ramblers wantonly destroying the countryside during their own selfish enjoyment of it.

It’s still an Audi though, my commiserations.

and as for: Why would someone not get something fixed to sell it when fixing it is always way cheaper than selling it at a reduced price?

answer, because they don’t have the time or inclination to fix it and they’d rather give someone a good deal.

At least that’s whats happening with my C Class, I’ll miss that car, bloody stupid company car.

I recall my youth, being up a ladder on an old brick cottage, a crop sprayer on my back filled with acid and wire brush in hand. A god awful chore. Pay some other poor bugger to do it!!

I had a friend that lived in a very damp basement, over time he lost the use of his legs, he now moves around using a large single foot which makes rhythmic waves of muscular contractions on the underside, whilst simultaneously secreting a layer of mucus on which he travels. He doesn’t get invited around anymore.

I actually walked right up close to him

Probably in fear for his life, couldn’t bring himself to tell his insurers he was intimidated by a, erm, lady?

HANG ON, THAT AIN’T NO LADY!! 😀

ts not a downer, thats a positive thing, i.e.: you are aware of it.

Here’s the bad news: Some people can ‘enjoy’ a just a drink, some cannot. you my friend, along with me, sit in the latter half of that camp.

There’s no point in seeking oblivion in a bottle as you will take nothing from the experience but the bottle will take everything from you.

“Newsnight, in its item on child abuse in north Wales the previous Friday, did NOT identify Lord McAlpine as an abuser. His name wasn’t even mentioned.”

I watched both friday shows and felt as though I must have missed the naming part, but it never actually happened. So what is this?

a Government shake down of the BBC because they’ve rattled the ivory cage of an oligarch?

Lost in Translation as a triumph of style over substance. How is that a good thing? Lost in Translation was rubbish. And I hate TV Adverts.

one thing that Sky neglected to let me know (and the others don’t mention) is that there is typically a 0.13p ‘connection charge’ when you first connect a call, for example a call to a mobile phone on Sky “unlimited/anytime plus” will cost as follows 0.13p + 0.1277p = 0.26p for the first minute, then 0.1277p per minute. If you make a lot of day time calls that rapidly stacks up.

The helpful Asian man I spoke with today suggested that no-one use landlines for calls unless you’re 100% its free, he also told me that I actually have the right to cancel due to them not recording/deleting the initial call when I was lied to extensively by the Sky adviser to get me to ‘sign up’. They’ve also failed to send me any T’s&C’s! I’d go with BT & BT Vision if I were you.

I naturally assumed that they just sat in those little “pop up self abuse auditoriums” and displayed their techniques to fellow fishermen set up on the opposite riverbank, ensuring that neither fisherman could accidentally come into physical contact with each other thus maintaining fishings strong retrosexual image.

Many fishermen don’t condone the use of so called “smart” technology as “attention aids” and often consider bridges to be “religious structures of modernday multisexualists”.

neither, its awful, all the rubbish bits of Skiing plus handicapped walking in 4ft powder thrown in for good measure.

If you’re going somewhere that offers cross country skiing it either has:

    1) No hills
    2) Too many people on the good bits
    3) No good bits
    4) Is popular with those who prefer “the angry ****”

Best avoid anyone who suggests that you do it, they clearly don’t like you and are planning on dropping out at the very last minute so that they can enjoy going to the pub and telling everyone “…yes! he’s gone cross country skiing! oh his own! hahahaha!”

    Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
