Yep – I’ve had 2 pairs of these and you should get plates, bolts, everything you need.

I’m about 180lbs and I used the purple spring when I had vanillas. I couldn’t get anything like the right sag with the “correct” spring.

I have a lime green bike, the only colour that looks good with it is black.

    And purple. You forgot purple.

Also if you’re not in a car you get free food at the cafe. Just order what you want, then wink and say STW sent you. In fact, don’t even bother taking any cash with you 😉

    I used to use these:-

    http://www.lenstore.co.uk/ciba-vision/daily-disposables/dailies-aqua-comfort-plus_p5

I only used them on days when I was riding and had no problems with them.

I say “used to” because my eyes now seemed to have fixed themselves (my prescription was only -0.5 / -0.75 anyway).

I always take the foam rings out, then soak some new ones in oil before fitting them which I guess is kind of the same thing.

Doesn’t seem to have caused a problem (so far 🙂 )

    I’m a 9 but have needed size 45 (UK 10.5) in various Shimano shoes…

    Shimano sizes are small.

I’ve got the same one as Geordie but BBB branded instead of Giant. It’s the same thing. Cost about £50 and works fine.

A mate of mine has had both ends of a Spark frame replaced now due to cracking. I think it first went at the BB, then a chainstay.

I’m about to sell a Garmin Dakota 20 that does exactly what you’re looking for. I bought it last year but never use it. E-mail me if interested.

I’ve got nanotechs. Mine are white and therefore painted rather than anodized. The paint came off in chunks very quickly. Also it’s easy to rip the pins out if you hit rocks, and this ruins the thread so the replacement pins won’t go in straight (that’s what has happened on mine anyway).

Mine has 150mm Revelations. No ISCG tabs – the Stinger is indeed BB mounted.

According to Freeborn the frame was intended to have the tabs but they “forgot” to put them on when they built the frames. Canadians eh.

Have you ever heard of something called a… “tomato” ??

Damn. This guys just gone and bust the whole thing wide open.

    Mind. Blown.

What!! What did I do? I just happened to mention that a tomato is a fruit and therefore doesn’t work with the genius fruit / veg test. Please don’t kill me with pitchforks etc.

is it a fruit or veg?

iRule (1)’would you put custard on it’
iRule (2)’would you put it in the fruit bowl’

    ‘No’ to both = vegetable

or just buy a USE 30.9-31.6mm shim for £4 from ukbikestore

You can’t because they don’t exist, hence the need to bodge one as above. USE shims are £6.99 on ukbikestore – where are you looking?!

Ooooh how interesting! When you say “simply trim 4mm off…” – how easy did you find that?

The tube I use is the stuff that goes from the car windscreen washer bottle to the jets. See if you can “borrow” a piece.
