I had this a few years ago. No improvement in about 5 months, so I went to the GP who referred me for Physio. This sorted it in a few weeks.

Go back to your GP and insist on a physio referral – it's unlikely to improve untreated. IME it's impossible to rest your elbow completely.

But which ones better the Democratic People's Republic of Korea or the plain old Republic of Korea.
