People on here are pretty effing predictable, man expresses his sorrow that an animal is put down ,and all people do is pontificate about their own views as if anybody ever changed someone’s mind on the internet .

I think there are two issues , one is the aggressive type of driving most people describe and the other is the , perhaps elderly drivers whoa are so hesitant they seem petrified and who arguably should not be driving due to poor vision, nervousness /hesitancy .There should be re-testing for a number of reasons.Perhaps better public transport would help if people who shouldn’t be driving had a realistic alternative.

As with a lot of government interventions the tax would simply mean that ,rather than eradicating sugary drinks they will simply profit from its purchase as they did with taxing units of alchohol.Yes we need education, but we also need to bring the food industry to heel,to make them accountable for information about sugar, and sugar substitutes and other issues in the same way that the tobacco industry was curtailed .

personally I’m fed up with all the re-makes reboots , sequels, prequels , there must be a germ of a new idea someplace that can be developed rather than just rehashing the same old stuff.Sometimes, as with Prometheus the prequel is so bad it devalues the original .

As Binners says a lot of the better stuff is off piste and theres a lot of moorland with nesting birds at this time of year, given the bogfest it will be I’d stick to Moor Road and Robin hoods well .I wouldn’t be going any where near redisher or bucky woods

Its more of a scramble than a climb, ok unless you’re scared of heights , there are bits where you have a fair amount of fresh air under your ass but its not technically difficult and it is a hoot, especially playing on the cloisters .

Depending where you live it might be worth sourcing a vegan friendly shop/ supermarket . In Manchester there is unicorn that sells a lot of basic ingredients as well as various flavoured tofus. .

retro83 I did have to stop and tip the water out , my feet were blue, as was my language, much to the amusement of my chums as I’m generally someone who doesn’t feel the cold so much

    mr-potatohead

I personally think its impossible for socks or gloves to be completely waterproof and your better with something that keeps you warm when wet.I used the sealskin socks once and gave them away as my feet had never been colder. It was an icy day , cold water got in and was trapped resulting in painful cold feet .

The underlying irony being that the original row was about a woman talking about women’s voices being silenced, only to shouted over and harangued by Morgan and that it has now reverted to willy waving between Morgan and Mgregor [ having seen some of his early films my money is on Mcgregor ]

    mr-potatohead

I saw the original interview and I’m amazed that Morgan is still in a job , unless its car crash TV and people watch to see the histrionics and the look on Susanna Reid’s face when he makes a dick of himself
