If the tea has been made in a pot you can put the milk in first (i.e. teamhurtmore’s reasoning), but if the tea is being made in the mug, it needs near boiling water on the leaves to make a proper brew, otherwise you end up pummelling the tea bag to get any taste and end up with a load of tannin; so always milk after.

I was prescribed dicolfenic and co-codamol for a back injury because the pain was causing spasms which were undoing the healing.

I used to be precribed these,but dicolfenic now no longer used in Hwyl tha area trust “wales” as poss heart impliccations.

I have a road bike too,thats quicker for cycling to work or home so as said “I have Grown up”.

Been together 24 years unlike both her sister’s who are on 2nd husbands and divorces.

Any way the more i ride the bike ,the more flexible it keeps me so that has other benefits too.

Mine went when sat on the LOO ,straining ,not enough chilli.

Feel your pain ,i see a oesteopath when my neck joints seize up,long time injury side effects,then it pushes pressure down spine and causes all sorts of probs,pain killers provide relief ,but you got to treat the cause.

To be honest i can go weeks even months and not have time to go out on the bike,work and house refurbing,maintenance all take priority and my brother comes across prob twice a year.

Then i get ear ache for £60 on pair winter cycling bottoms so can ride to work instead of using the car.

I got a really nice stainless steel ,insulated one a while back (glass was not an option as to fragile )cost me £40 but well worth it as travel around work locations also excellent for camping too .Holds 2 goood sized mugfulls too.
Got it from my local coffee emporium ,they had loads of choice(aberystwyth) .

So go for Stainless for a longer life.

Yes , had one for gettin on eight years now, sterling service,runs on LPG cylinders as no mains here abouts.
Had no issues with it atall.
Double oven model with electric hot plate ,n griddle. two ovens really usefull when large family around,hot plate great for keepin tea pot warm ,startin bread proving warming bowl etc.

You’re not allowed to collect roadkill that you have killed (presumably to stop people actually trying to kill stuff).

But the car behind can pick up,reminds me of my mate ,phone call one morning ,Ive got a Deer ,can you butcher it for me ,had to pick it up ,else next vehicle would be quarry lorry n would be mashed into road.(butcher by trade).

My game dealer is picking my route past local shoot early morning and looking for fresh roadkill,rabbits are pretty regular too this year.

Then save em up in freezer till got enough to do a game pie.

As above or skin whole bird ,use breasts in encroute with bacon n mozarella .then curry or casserole legs .

livers are tasty fryed too.

My partner likes the stubble soft and my chest garden.
