I too suffer with lower back problems, steming from a over the handle bars incident 16 years ago ,which resulted in being laid out flat after head diving into a bog as result of missing the plank that served as a bridge.
Result was cracked 4 th vertibrae n serveer bruising ,
Nhs treatment was physio for 4 weeks.
Now the 4th n 5th vertibrae get restricted in movement and push presure down the spine resulting in lower back pain and hip misplacement .

So my cure is see oestio 1-2 tmes a year to free it all up,swimming and when all else fails dose of ibuprofen n diazepan to get the muscles out of spasms .

Scam totally ,my son recently had duplicate email when seliing acar on auto trader.
plus similar ones regarding cheque to cover pick up ,thought we would take one of these guys for a ride so he sent us huge chq 3 times value of car to cover courier, ,1 day later he’s asking us to pay his courier, didn’t seem to comprehend chq clearance times.
sure enough his chq came from bank of rubber chqs.
    Chq was posted in manchester,
agent was saying in east london, but payment was to be sent to Cairo.

Reported to auto trader, n police fraud dept.

Waste of auto trader add fee as they just closed ABDUL RUBBER CHQS ac.

The locks are ideal as deterrent with bikes on the car rack.stops light fingers.
The lights are good enough too for kids bikes as they have a habit of disappearing too.
the tool kit is well worth the money as are Aldi’s gloves ,got couple pairs of those last year, still going strong.

My job as support worker has advantage of shower in house so thats ok just times can be bummer, doing a 3-10 so home in dark ,means don’t hit front door till midnight, plus all lanes etc.
    |When on sleeepover shift can be good as 3pm start till 4pm next day.
Waking nights are worst 10pm till 10am and you eat horses daily round trip is 48 miles of welsh cambrians but some of the views are to die for.
Buses n trains not an option thanks to local transport stratergy.

Had fantastic double rainbow experience other day after bone freezeing hailstorm .

So how many of us work for minimum wage or just above, teachers don’t thats for sure.

I work in social care, have lots of responsibility only get a fraction of social services, social workers pay.
Still have to run a house and support a family and try to run a car with petrol topping £6.50 gallon and no bus service to speak of ,so car is only option in practical terms as odd shifts and wkends, buses don’t exist on sundays or after 7.00pm if you live out of town.

Create one, document its creation here and find out.

I suspect it would be a winner.
    Sounds like a good idea.

Trail food definitely add a sachet of brown sauce lifted from tesco, morrisons cafe and your laughing.
