Pomegranate juice is also good as said ,oily fish, oats ,porridge made water not milk.
Mine is 5.9 ,nurse was ott about it,cut butter for olive spread.

Docs go OTT as they have a line they say of gold standard of 5.0 but asking around i’ve heard of 7.9 and folks still living on beyond 80 so just be sensible n less McdDs,cause there only short lasting crap really.

General grabber AT2s,on my discoveries, both times, grip when needed on road, snow n mud stick like the prevebial to a blanket.

Good overall wear, n life span ,not too noisey on road.

Licence not a problem as passed test in early 80s.

Eire is counted as europe ,got local firm quote £95.per day.

Euro van hire say £287.but no question as to use so guess when you say eire they will change that to cover insurance.

Before i went down to the nurse, i did some searching on British heart foundation site, and Nhs site .
All the nurse could offer was practice diet sheet and seemed ill informed.
The comment about nurse was made by my wife, typical female defence quote possably .???

As said earlier ,ventilation is the key ,as 200 year old walls were built straight on earth base, old houses i’ve lived in n had damp proofed were no better after few years.

If it’s stood for 200 years ,it will last a few more yet without damp proofing.

Short or less tech trails are just as much fun and good to hone basic skills.
Plus depends on your time availability.

Camera van back in 2008 ,my own fault n 35 in 30 just inside limit.

Also got a telling off in old Landy for doing 50 in 40 ,quite surprised it did it ,was downhill n wind behind mind.
