Could be derived from food source of the chicken laying the egg. So go for a free range organic egg from local supply not a supermarket supplier .

For Eggsample my chucks get real food, veg scraps n organic worms they dig up themselves.
No layers pellets , just sand available in the soil n good olde mud .

The scheme we have on Ireland is much simpler. You buy the bike through your employer saving the tax (plus other levies we have, usc, prsi) so save 29% or 52%. Pay it through salary sacrafice over 1/6/12 months and its yours from day one.

I did the same here too back in 2017 , just waiting for the next one to be available after 5 year gap , simple scheme and value increasing again this year.

The only good thing FF/FG/ Green crowd have done this year.

You want to try converting a 15 seater here in Ireland !
1.8 metre min height in living area so a pop up roof as its 1.7
Bed,sink , storage facilities, table (it can be removable), gas regulator fitted to body of van in a sealed cupboard with floor vent. Gas cert, electric cert and an SQI engineers report .
Then you can register as a camper and avail of 100.00 euro road tax per year and choice of three insurance companies.

I use a clip on light attached to my hydration pack ,it also stays visible there as lower down gets plastered in MUD.

Also if it’s hereditary in your family it’s quite likely you’re going the same route.

Buy improving your fitness n diet will always be good for you in long run , n like others said a HIT session once a week is more beneficial than 100-150 miles of leisurely cycling

Taking my wife for a ride round local lanes ,she is fine when surface good but as soon as we hit the less used ones with grass up the middle she holds back and lets me go ,i just stop on regular basis to let her catch up or if i’m going for a segment section i warn her first then say i see you at the end. This works , but anything more than easy singletrack she finds a challenge so that’s where her skill level is and she aware of that and doesn’t want to push it any further.
I think a better bike would make life easier for her (old Giant Boulder, heavy with just front suspension and rim brakes so not brilliant in wet conditions ) she is slowly coming round to this and a 1×11 set up will be better as she has never got the hang of a triple front setup.

It reminds me of wise words from my DAD years ago, when i fancied a girl at school who was the horse type but she had rejected me. “They are the untouchable on the uneatable that only associate with their own kind ” “Don’t bother with her son there’s plenty more fish in the sea.”

Dad was wise i think .

A word from the WISE THOU NATIONWIDE are notoriously difficult to get a final settlement figure out of was the last thing my solicitor told me when i was selling up n clearing mortgages few years back .
They held up whole process by 4 weeks although i had money sat there waiting after sale had gone through.

Mine was open surgery and i was told 4 wk’s off work. I was up n walking short distances first day after as i was bored stiff stuck in the house,By the end of the first week i was walking average of 4-5 km daily . When i went to see the consultant after wk 4 the first question my Misses asked the poor young registrar was “when can we have SEX safely” poor lad didn’t know what to say .
He said then oh you can do walks now and light exercise but i was already walking between 8-10 km daily .
I was back on the bike then at 5 wk’s gently to start as i could feel slight pull .

Still get an occasional reminder that i have a repair there now n again when I’ve done a long ride or something very strenuous ,3 n half years later.

Here in Ireland specialty seems to be roadside shrines or memorial stones .

A sign of how bad some of the drivers were or are I wonder.

Especially as so few observe the mobile use while driving .

If you have a tow bar fitted, why would you not have the socket.
Peace of mind if someone rear ends you, insurance would be first to bail and deny payout as you had not fulfilled the LAW.

The only issue with Halfrauds is they are reluctant to order in stock without payments up front in my experience so trying for size is difficult.#
You could get better service from an independent shop, so much choice out ther now.
    I brought a Merida Big 9 ,fantastic bike .

Had a Buzzard swoop on me from behind in a wooded section on a remote lane few years back , looked mighty scary seeing those talons go past my head at close quarters. Remote wild Wales.

Occasionally see one close up on a local lane now n again but never when i have the helmet camera on. south east Ireland now so see less which is a shame as in Wales saw loads of Red Kites too.

That Pick Up looks cool certainly a lean back to the old Scooby one. Of which i had one was great fun to drive and totaly versatile as a working vehicle for small farm work and leisure use .
So why the Dacia Version be any less versatile.

If you want a big” Ford Ranger “one at it’s price then your in a different ball park.

Took advantage of their drive thru other week (on the bike ) of course because i didn’t have a lock with me for my after ride refuel while the car was being serviced.
Local town being CLONMEL south TIPP.
