its not expensive, but a pain in the ass to get, when its probably just a repackaged oil they sell in likes of halfords or any other more convenient store.

Looking about, fox fluid is just (about) 85wgt oil, just make sure the alternative does not have seal sweller additives

did it slide when it was 3 ring? I cannot see how removing the larger ring could make you chain slip, does it slip on both lower and middle ring?

i used Halfords car Primer, Spray Paint and clear lacquer on my 2001 Marzocchi Bombers, got the stickers made via ebay and they look good.

I only rubbed mine down, I did not get them stripped.

    i would sell the mazda.

saying that my honda is expensive @ the dealership.

One thing I have learnt is for FSH all you have to do is use original parts and keep the receipts, you can then stamp your own book and its perfectly fine to do so.

I have Autodata (upto 2007), this is basically what the garages use and tells you every step for every service level, its accually a small amount of work, for the price they charge.

i’m currently off work with muscular damage to my lower back, i thought i was all ok, went on a light ride Sunday now i’m worse than I was before, of to physio this afternoon as this time it really has given me a kick, honestly stay away from the bike, if you want to do anything to help go for slow walk and nothing more.

take a nose at the Honda FRV, 6 seats in a clever design and once you drop the back seats you can still seat 3 (in front) and the rear space is massive.

lets hope inmates find out and give him the same treatment, dirty pervert should really be shot, just think how little crime there would be if the punishment was accually enough to make people think.

I don’t really rate Rockoil TBH, goes away too quickly, Motul Factory Line or putoline HPX5 are a better oil for performance and longevity.

I have the Zesty but mines a 2009, love it, I have raced motocross at national level for 20 year so downhills I’m fairly quick and hard but the zesty takes it all without an issue (RP23 rear Pike 454 front), it climes better I feel than my genesis core 50 did.

As for the BB i run a KCNC push fit but I have no idea is the new ones have changed from that style.

If you have any questions I would give these guys a call http://www.welovelapierre.com/
