i would guess that you need to replace the 3 normal bearings, I would assume the needle roller is for the cassette body.

yer it is a sharp cracking noise, to be honest knowing the history of the lapierre’s i quickly looked for cracks in the frame. I have stripped the bearings and they all seam fine, saying that I only did the X shaped linkage componant not the lower arm, will do that tonight.

i’m currenlty using Silkolene oil in my pikes, I have the stiffer spring installed so i have gone up a weight over standard to help the rebound out.

ebay do act on it and they take it very serious. I have been done, dont think bad of me, I only bid my item to a price I happy with (on day one) and i never increase it after that, i see it as putting a reserve on the item without paying the reserve fee.

If ebay was a little cheaper or even free to list then these sort of things would not happen imho, i dont see why they charge you to put a reserve, at the end of the day they only win by taking a larger cut if the item sells.

wickes general glue, used it for the past 10 year on motocross bikes without issue, it seems to be identical to renthal grip glue to me.

any forks can in theory be reduced in travel, you just need the correct size spacer installing within the fork and maybe a revalve to compensate the difference (not sure on that fork about the revalve).

i dont think it has anything to do with the cable, looking at my joplin I would say the leverage could be improved making the operation easier but it’s only a thumb operation so it’s not that hard.

mukjunkie, i was sponsored by them a few years ago but not anymore (as I dont race anymore) but I have found this much better than muck off etc etc. Also the guy who started it, put bike parts in containers covered in the product for 6 months before release and not one part had faded or changed colour.

Ebay is the best place to buy it as they have great deals on there, give it a go, i’m sure you will be impressed.

Oh you dont have to but you can water it down 50/50 still giving you the same power (but I never told you that)
