How were you feeling today, not got a cold or anything.

I have been training in Z2 (Don Fink) so maybe a bit different to yours. Did 110m on the road a couple of weeks ago in Z2 and averaged 17mph.

Week after I had a bit of a cold and on similar terrain averaged 15mph over 40m in Z2.

Just a thought

When you say max is 186, have you done this through a self test or by a formula?

If cider is yout thing give the Green Man a go, just north of Oxford Street from Soho.

If you fancy a burger try The Hawksmoor (Covent Garden) London’s self proclaimed ‘Best Burger’ not cheap mind but worth it IMO.

For curry Red Fort in Soho is nice.

As Acronis has been mentioned above.

You can create a full image with Acronis and then set it to incrementally add to the image daily, this will allow for daily documennt backups and you will always be covered should the whole drive go tits up.

All routes are so susceptible incidents/RTAs it is hard to pick one over other. Just read above you are heading west.

I would be tempted to just head straight along embankment, past Earl’s Court then A4/M4. Do Canary Wharf to Reading 4/5 times a year leaving work at 6 on a Friday always take this route, normally pass Junction 12 by 8:15.

Sub dothis()
For i = 1 To Sheets.Count
Sheets(i).Name = Worksheets(i).Range(“A1”).Value
Next
End Sub

Should work: Change A1 to your title cell.

You might want to add some code to check for Null values

Both as bad as each other!

To give you an example of how bad it is. I work at Canary Wharf and live in Woodford Green(Bottom of M11) I rarely drive to work but my OH does. She leaves at 6 and normally gets home about 7!

Depending how far you ahve to drive/how much you loathe sitting in traffic I would be tempted to wait until 7ish before setting off.

IMO as a beginner ignore the resort advice above RE 3 Valleys or Tignes, yes they are both fanatastic areas but you pay a massive premium to go there and as a beginner you will not be able to take advantage of the large ski areas these resorts offer. Thsi goes for all the resorts in the Tarentaise.

As a beginner I would look at Andorra or Italy, cheaper then France/Switzerland/Austria.

January will be the cheapest time, earlier in January the cheaper.

If you are going to declare it you will need to apply for a visa beforehand and run the risk of them saying no.

If you just get an ESTA before you go and tick no to the criminal record questions on the plane you will be fine.

Another vote for Nirvana. Remember seeing them at reading in 91? They were near the bottom of the bill and deservedly so, on that day Mudhoney, Dinosaur Jr, Silverfish, Babes in Toyland and whoever else played were far superior. Then they came back as headline the next year, again they were crap.

Has anyone mentioned Joy division?

I’d like to know how I was too close to you – I have passed loads of people to the right and left at the bottom of that descent over the past 10 years or so. You clearly have a skewed opinion as to what is ‘close’. Those that know me will know I always say thank you when passing and try as much as is possible to keep out of the way. The fact I crashed had nothing to do with the fact i tried to pass there and everything to do with the fact that there was a stump hidden in the grass. On that note….

I’d also line to know how you knew I was about to crash unless you have magic stump seeing eyes that can spot stumps hidden in the grass. If you do, please report immediately to your nearest university as I’m sure they’d love to study such a freakish mutation. Your total lack of any drop of compassion is disgusting.

Gee. Total lack of compassion? Presume you skipped the start of my post where I said “sorry to hear about your cracked shoulder”

So I think you were too close to me, you think you were not. you crashed, I then nearly ran over you, guess we are not going to agree on that are we nor on which one of us has the ‘skewed opinion’?

The reason I thought you were going to crash was you were running out of space. Calling me a freakish mutation is a little bit childish really.

As I said before I was passed by many people that night but you were by far and away the most impatient.

Sorry to hear about your cracked shoulder and that you don’t like the tone of my post. I was the rider you overtook before the person you were overtaking at th etime of the crash, you were far too close to me for my liking and I was pretty sure as soon as you made your next manouver you were about to crash.

Once you had sat up I continued on my lap, a few minutes later you again squeezed past me again coming far too close to me. Being a slower rider I was overtaken by many people last night but nobody got anywhere near as close when passing as you.

Apologies if this was not you.

Gee, was it you that crashed at about midnight having just squeezed past two people in a row whilst shouting ‘leader coming through on your right?’

Most of the sessions are only a couple of hours long, will spectators really need food?

Having seen all the fuss about McD and Visa with their exclusive sponsorship deals. McD must love the fact that first thing you see when exiting Stratford station is a Burger King.

Bar/Restaurant at the top of the Prudential tower has nice views. Good atmosphere in the Union Oyster house. Boston has plenty of traditional pubs. Little Italy for huge portions for little money.

Would second a trip to Cape Cod if you have the time.

Spent a long weekend in Oslo last year, just to reiterate the above it is stupidly stupidly expensive. It makes Courchevel mountain restaraunt prices seem reasonable!

To give you an idea a meal for 2 in McDs was over £30.

This £400 pw is that after all expenses? Wondering how Devon compares to London. What sort of hours would you need to do to earn that. Is work contract or ad hoc?

We continually recruit drivers and have a pretty big churn rate. Recruiting drivers is not a problem, recruiting good drivers is the problem. Our top drivers probably clear £800 per week whereas drivers at the bottom end who work short days and take the odd day off sometimes end up making a loss on the week.
