Well, you're not going to be going at huge speeds so coming off the seat forwards should not worry you too much, nor should the geometry. Tourer / town bike style for preference.

I agree entirely about the poor balance of rear child seats. I've had the bike tip under me when I've been stationary. Go for a top-tube mount. You'll be able to talk to them better, and their view will be improved as well.

Unitl it got nicked, I had a (Specialised) hybrid with rack-mounts half-way down the forks. I fitted a tri-cross bar extension so the kids could lean forward, and instead of having footrests on the down tube, I fitted aluminuim extrusions onto the fork rack mounts. (square section, last few cm flattened, bent, drilled, bolted on. Very easy. They never hit their legs on the tyres.

I also cut the wire back-rest off the top-tube child seat so I could get on/off more easily

I had: I did the same as you, also direct sales.
Drop me an email with your number and we can talk.
I found that UK projects were given very low priority, so there were a number of "friday afternoon" jobs. We parted company after 2 years.

Make a deal of feeling ill today at work. (Ardentia?)

If you're keen on the job, you need to make that interview. If you whinge about guidelines, then they won't offer you the job. Perhaps they're testing if you are adaptable and really interested in them?

It's difficult for us to check the base data for your graph (which looks very pretty, by the way).
Perhaps each datum wants the purchase unit price visible, e.g. £3:90/75cl.

"Assertions, consensus, complicated graphs etc don't do that job, they just confuse. "

They do if you take the time to study them and the underlying data.
And if you don't make the effort and spend the time, then you should trust the people who do.

What you seem to be saying is, show me the evidence but without the actual evidence; a cop-out.

Becasue all STW readers are above that sort of thing.
It's so obviously a hate-fuelled fake that there's no point in talking about it.

My Pulsar kinetic was a Guardian offer at about £70 and is both 100m waterproof and smart enough for office use. The luminosity is fine.

I've met a couple of murderers in open prisons; assessed as being little danger to others.

So long as you don't jilt them at the altar.

And so (for example) it's just coincidence that the icecaps and glaciers are melting, and we haven't had decent snowfalls in Britain for many years?

    Stoner,
As you use spreadsheets seriously, I suggest that you have a look at a program called Morphit which was released only last week by some friends / ex-colleagues of mine after nearly 5 years of development.

It makes the application of formulae to spreadsheets much more transparent and thus easier to code and check. Tell them I sent you.

So for you, the "C" word is "Cheeky".
    Have fun.
It looks like I will have to be with the in-laws on the farm. But they're OK and we will get out for a walk to feed the sheep before nightfall.

I finally saw them a couple of weeks ago in Bristol, and they were ace.
Last year my attempt to see them resulted in the biggest argument Mrs M and I have had in twenty years…

    1. To know whether they should stay with you or not
    2. Depends on whether you want to stay with them or not (or if you just fancy a shag)

This is TOP QUALITY absolute bullsh1t, I do admit.

"incorporates platinum, titanium and aluminium matrix … which emits light across the infra red spectrum."

And this is why bike frames typically glow red-hot at night.

    Night cleaner in Debenhams.
Unpleasant stuff in abattoirs and meat-packing palaces.

And an exciting science research role which involved me being covered in sewage frequently enough for me to go without a cough or a cold for 3 years, in spite of having to be stripped to my underpants and hosed down to clean me enough for the smell to dissipate.

MS-Word software also needs some training to a particular voice, so it may be worth persevering with that one. It has improved over the last few years. Get a microphone / headset for best results

I use Foxit free PDF reader, not Adobe.

In the File -"save as" there is an option to save the doc as text.

Woke too early. Drove 70 miles or so to show some chemical warfare bods how much they need my software. Drove home via looking at some panel vans prior to having a custom conversion made. Slept early evening, went to pub, came home.

Do you mean, how to decide how long a steerer needs to be?
Measure the head tube, headset height and stem stack height. Add quite a bit for luck and spacers.

But don't blame me if it goes wrong.
