I feel so much better….even cycled into work this morning! Ok, so it took ages and I managed to lose my rear light….but enjoyed it all the same!

I had a proper messed up nights’ sleep last night….ph well, better than than smoking!

And back home. Smoke free shift (unless you class passive….and I don’t!) and it also ties in with the 86 hour marker. Really quite chuffed with myself! Even more so as I was at the docs for a BP check (i suffer with hypertension). I am *meant* to be on meds, but kind forgot to take them. for the last 6 months. My BP is now 6 points above normal for my age! Much better than the 40 or so above that it was :)

Sorry for late replies…I had to go to meetings in Manchester. One was very stressful….and, well…..I got out of the meeting, walked past some people smoking in a shelter….and, I thought LOSERS!!!!! :)
