I`m being refered to bupa.

In certain positions i cannot raise the arm shoulder height, if I try to rotate the arm I can feel a lump to the front of the shoulder and its very painfull and gives quite a click as I tryto rotate it, the doctor seems to think its a large tear.

Has anybody had the surgery to repair it?

Labour, conservative parties are almost identical in their policies .. I`m not sayiong the BNP are the best option – but we do need a new ideology in politics.
