    this kind of thing ? Highlight a column at a time and that fills the blanks in a column with row above value

    Sub Fill_Empty()

    Dim oRng As Range
    Set oRng = Selection
    Selection.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeBlanks).Select
    Selection.Font.Bold = False
    Selection.FormulaR1C1 = “=R[-1]C”
    oRng.Copy
    oRng.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone, _
    SkipBlanks:=False, Transpose:=False
    End Sub

    I have a Concept II rower that I was lucky enough to buy for a relative song.

    I would say that rowing is very complimentary to cycling and is a much more rounded workout.

    Getting one 2nd hand would be a good idea as these things are pretty bomb proof although it might be worth avoiding those that have had several years abuse in a public gym. They are expensive but as already been said the resale value is high so if its not for you then you won’t end up too much out of pocket.

    To keep the interest up there are a number of training plans on the C2 website and improving your times can get quite addictive.

    And has already been said learning how to row properly will make quite a difference to your times, also you will need to learn about the drag factor ( no this is not something with Simon Cowell and a load of blokes in dresses). The C2 website will have all you need, plus there are plenty of you tube vids for the perfect stroke.

    I'd rather NME radio had remained rather than 6 but some choice is better than no choice

    I like Alan Green at least he speaks his own mind, as for Motty splinters in his backside he's on the fence so much.

    The ball goes in the net and we get "I think that was a goal, wasn't it"

    Amtico v expensive get what you pay for. Worked for a company that used to install it, too rich for me though.

    Have had Karndean in the kitchen since 1999 and its still as good as new. Definitely would buy again.

    rutland cycling had a 214 on their demo fleet in March when I hired it for a day.
    Up to a couple of weeks ago their Grafham Water store had a brand new 314 for sale, whether thats still there or not I don't know either.

    If it was me i'd spend an extra 15 minutes in the car and head to Woburn.

    Chicky is a smaller version of Woburn with the xc route over and done with pretty quickly, whereas at Woburn there's several hours riding with a lot of new stuff.

    Be best to find a local to get the most out of the day

    got a TP one. Make sure you're on good terms with the local A&E dept to cut down on the waiting times.

    Excellent quality out in all weathers without a cover for 5 years still good as new

    Your course sounds very similar to one I had last week, were you covering your brakes, which I went on for the exact same reasons you list above.

    I agree with everything you say about having the "plan" to execute a drop / jump but its putting it all together that I haven't got quite set as yet.

    I can see that once it does become natural it will work and I should have the confidence to attack most things I want to, unlike you my first solo attempt post training resulted in a spill which is not uncommon but it still hurts.

    had both, retained the 456.

    Very similar IMO although the riding style on the 456 is slightly more relaxed. I'd say the difference in cost exceeds the difference in frames.

    this morning sean keavney played peter gabriel and led zepplin

    and hes far less irritating than evans

    Oh I wouldn't go that far I find Shaun "I should have been Peter Kay" Keaveney just as irritating as Evans. I believe its a universal trait of most radio dj's unfortunately.

    I think 10 years is being generous, it was like that over 20 years ago when I was doing it in the late eighties.

    I've found it the reverse now my sons doing Tang soo doo where they have to take a minimum amount of lessons for each belt and going twice a year equates to about a 4 year wait for a black belt whereas when I did Tae Kwon Do it was 2 years and all sorts of heberts got a black belt.

    Nicely written story by the OP

    for their first child most parents seem to get very hung up on this and is worn as a badge of honour if their child is walking early.

    For the 2nd you don't give a sh%t and it happens when it happens, we all get there in the end.

    Thanks for the responses gents very prompt.

    So to summarise, get one of each just in case :-)

    Riding will be predominantly XC, Woburn sort of stuff up to 4 hours in the saddle.

    The On-one has a 50mm stem with a straight post. I had a Cotic medium frame that pushed me further forward than the 456, but fitted equally as well.

    Maxray – yes. As a legal minmum you are entitled to 4/5 of 28 days which include BH.

    That link posted above should answer all your questions.

    you are entitled to 28 days holiday a year minimum although this does include the Bank Holidays for a full week. Pro rata, assuming your days are of equal hours you are entitled to 4/5 (22.4 days)minimum.

    It would depend upon the policy your company have in place as to whether you get the BH added or taken out of your minimum entitlement. The company

    I'm with you Monkey boy.

    I've gone back to COD4 and haven't picked up MW2 for ages. It just seems its trying too hard. If they'd spent more time perfecting the maps rather than thinking up clever side events we'd have had a better game. IMO

    There is a tendancy to go off like an idiot trying to keep up with all the whippets which normally ends with the last half being a struggle.

    Stick to your 8 minute miles and if you have a bit left save it for the last couple of k.

    As someone in my mid 40's I find i'm about 40 years too old for Radio 1 and 30 years too young for Radio 2 whereas 6 music fits my taste exactly.

    I'm fortunate enough to have dab in the car and at home so the radio is tuned to 6 for quite some hours in the day. As has already been said the evenings are shite and could do with a shake up but generally with the exception of that idiot at breakfast (both weekends and mon-fri) the balance works pretty well.

    Listening to 6 music has meant that I have purchased a lot of albums from bands I would not normally be exposed to and you will probably find there are some significant buyers of music in the 6 music demographic.

    The BBC should invest in this type of niche broadcast rather than the lowest common denominator programme that Commercial TV splurts out in droves. A loss it will be, NME radio is not a bad alternative but how many Heart radio stations do we really need.

    Why were all the people chosen thick as mince?. Expected a bit better from the beeb really.

    Knowing the Fens and its high level of inter breeding I'd suggest they rounded up the Creme de la menthe.

    Keaveney is ok until he opens his mouth which for a station called 6 music is far too much.

    I find Steve Lamaqs sp? show to be ideal with limited chat just music but after 7:00pm the music can be hit and miss.

    John Richardson is ideal for Sundays. Russel Howard was just smug and annoying. Jarvis Cocker should prove a good listen too.

    GL is a grade A **** and not suited to the station at all. The bloke he replaced was no better for who stringing a sentence together was a major achievement.

    Don't listen to daytime as I have to work

    Tried to play online with my ps3 last night, boy am I pants!

    0 kills – killed 18 times!

    Any tips on online play for cannon fodder like me?

    Add me :D

    There does seem to be more superstars playing in normal Mercenary TDM than I ever found on either COD4 or WAW so subsequently I got my arse handed to me for my first hour or so last night. I'm now just about getting to break even on my k/d ratio.

    The key is getting to learn the maps and as others have said keep moving but don't just run blindly along give it some thought.

    As to how good it is the jury is out on that one. I find its much easier to be killed and I hardly ever see my killer but IMO they do seem to have thrown too much in just to make it different.
