S/S top, gilet, bib shorts and dependant upon how cold it is possibly arm and leg warmers.

I find the Gaaba is too warm once the temp get close to double figures.

There’s pretty much no need to buy at full price as there’s either a sale or discount code floating around somewhere. Whilst I can’t comment on the classic too the bib shorts are a thing of beauty. Putting them on is akin to having Rachael Riley caress your nethers.

If they are the same as Zondas (fulcrum 3) then it’s a case of loosening off the 2.5mm Allen screw, tighten the top cap (easiest way is to tighten with Allen key in screw head) re tighten screw.

Their bib shorts are very good and IMO worth the money at full price. I have a pair of pro team and the classics.

One thing I didn’t notice mentioned was their free crash repair service.

The only thing for corned beef is potatoes, either hash or chips or alternatively eaten straight from the tin.

Not seen Proper Job in Sainsburys although our local Tesco have it.

Proper Job is nice but I also like Punk IPA equally as much, in fact I like beer.

If you’re looking at the St Austell brewery my favourite is their Clouded Yellow Wheat beer.

Go compare. If I hear that bellowed out of the tv I’m changing channels quicker than radio stations if Keaveney is on.

There’s the wahoo snap that’s out sometime soon that’s cheaper than the kickr, but I went for the Tacx Bushido as they’ve just opened it up. I found pairing it with an iPad through trainer road resulted in a lot of dropped connections whereas paired with a laptop and the ant+ key on an extension cord while importing Sufferfest videos works very well.

Now if 6 take back John Holmes and tell Keaveney to FRO I’d be happy

Silverside or topside in the slow cooker for 5 hours with a couple of carrots and onions. It makes its own gravy and is very tender.

I have my Sonos 1and3 hooked up to an airport expressunit so I can AirPlay anything to the speakers. I only use the Sonos to group and ungroup the speakers these days.

All have taken up a lot of time

I was a Sensible software fan as I was a Rare fan so things like mega lo mania, diddly kong racing, banjo kazooie etc, etc were all warmly received.

Jambourgie – I remember picking those in a field populated by a young bull that would charge you just as you found a nice clump. Protecting his stash no doubt.

Got 23s on the winter hack and 25s on the proper bike. Changing to 25s from 23s on the proper bike I noticed an improvement in comfort , for the margins I work in speed was essentially the same.

Thought it was pretty poor. There was a very strong scene in the South in the 70’s and after Wigan closed there were plenty of venues taking up the mantle. Leicester, Hinkley, Cleethorpes, Stafford, the 100 club to name a few. It wasn’t all Soft Cell and Heartbreak Avenue although I did hear that played at Peterborough.

I’d second Zondas. Fulcrum and Campag wheels are the same but for some reason you pay a premium for Fulcrums.

As far as I can tell the Zondas are equivalent to the Fulcrum Racing 3’s.

Went down to Finchingfield which was busy but comfortable. Was able to get the largest slice of cake I’ve ever seen from the cafe there.

Probably the first time a traffic cop has ever been cheered.

When I went from 23 to 25 on my Sempre I felt there was an improvement in comfort with the wider tyre. Both tyres were 4000s

I don’t like the DHB bibs. I have a couple of their Aeron pro shorts and the pad quickly became as comfy as a rolled up copy of Heat magazine.

I prefer Castelli or our club kit uses Endura Pro shorts, which are good too.
Helmet I’d suggest go to LBS and see what fits well.
Glasses I use Bolle safety glasses. V cheap off eBay so when I lose them it’s not the end of the world

Finchingfield looks favourite for me although it’s a 100 mile round trip, the alternative appears to be Cambridge rugby club.

I use ridewithgps and create a tcx file for my 500. The only issue I have is that the cue sheet always has roundabouts as straight on so I manually change those.

Once I’ve created the route download it and put it in the new files directory on the Garmin. The info it gives, which can’t be changed is the breadcrumb trail, an arrow highlighting the next turn and how far it is.

    Works pretty well.

I have it and I put it on the TV via an Apple TV. Whilst it’s not hd quality I find it more than acceptable.
