I got the medium, which I normally take, and it fits just right. I like the “looser” fit mind you. 🙂

Trans Wales event crossed our commons with no problem, Brecon Beast goes from year to year with no problem

So, what was your part in organising these events?

Because if you rode in Wales you would know that the b/ways etc. that we do have are little ridden. Where are the pressure points. How is wider access going to resolve a problem that does not exist in reality.

I take it you have never organised a MTB event? As part of NWMBA we are actively involved in organising and promoting MTB in Wales. We do have access issues, both locally and nationally.

Given the above how will wider access equal more visitors and even then more low skill low pay jobs is just what we don’t need

I would like you to take that attitude to some of the more deprived areas of Wales 😯

How does wider access benefit farmers – have you ever been to Wales Mr Agreeable?

Why does visiting wales make a difference to Mr. Agreeables post?

Anyway wider access = more visitors. More Visitors= more tourists and Folk out in Wales’ countryside. Visitors=cash..locals sell more produce…More £££ into the Welsh economy. 🙄

My Doc just told me I had Sciatica. Didn’t say how or why. That was diagnosed by the physio. The only thing useful the doctors did was keep giving me sicknotes. 😐

I was off work last year for 3 months with a disc bulge. Doctor gave me ibuprofen and put me on the list to see an NHS physio. It was a 3 month waiting list!!
Pain got so bad that I paid to see my own physio who disgnosed the issue and gave me an exercise plan.
However, my wife bought me a lower back pain pilates DVD which really helped. The same DVD is available free on youtube. May be worth a look and doing some stretching excercises.

+ 1 For drum Mountain. The Edge Cycle routes are very good too. Snowdon is possible in a Morning or Afternoon, up Llanberis and down the Ranger/Telegraph paths.

Also look at this website http://www.ridenorthwales.co.uk/

Couple more from my RAF days. There was an ” interesting ” young lady whose nickname was Peter Beardsley, cos she looked the spit of him.
Also we had a guy who constantly whistled greensleeves. His nickname was thrush, as he was an irritating c**t.

What do you get on Kodi? Is it a monthly subscription or a one off payment?

Probably go for the Humax box and the fire stick.

I have a black 26′ BFe with 140mm rev RLT’s, hope wheels and running a 1×10 drivetrain. Pretty much does everything for me. So much so the full suss is hardly used. I run Bontrager Xr3 2.25 tyres which are a nice all rounder.

    Great bikes.

In fairness to Nipper, his clients are probably a minority. We have run some great events in the past (anyone remember the Cyffyliog Challenge) as well as some local NWMBA XCPoints series. Never had any issues with landowners provided we offer good communication.
This is what is needed, an open honest discussion about what we would like with regards to our sport.

2 years ago we did the Classic Car Show at the NEC (brilliant day out btw). My daughter ended up on the live stage with Edd and Mike doing a car based challenge, which she won a huuuuge teddy bear. Edd is one of the nicest blokes I have met, took time to speak to us and it mademy daughters day.

Another vote for Coldplay, but also Paul Weller and Foo Fighters.
I really liked the first few albums from the foos, but now they just churn out e same old garbage.
Same with Paul Weller, Peacock suit, was probably the last great song from him. Now just dull dull dull…

Guy I know is a shade under 5’4. Nickname – Trip Hazard.
When I was in the RAF we had loads of nicknames, BIFF (bloody idle fat f##), Bubbles (looked like a chimp), Mandy ( real name Paul, but looked a bit girlie) and Various. Various was asked ” what do you like to be called?” His reply ” oh, various things…” so that was that. 😀
