Had a Mukluk for 9 months now. Got mine from Merlin when they were reduced. Got the medium (5’10) and it fits perfectly. First to go were the brakes. Just terrible. Fitted hope x2’s.

Mastodons up front. Far better than Bluto’s. Dropped post. Jumbo Jim’s 4.8. Amazing bike. Love riding it.

A mate adds a mince pie to his porridge every morning during December. Looks vile, tastes really nice. (The pie n porridge, not my mate)

If you can go second hand try here

I was after a Go Pro but couldn’t justify the cost, so bought an OLFI One point 5 instead. Great little camera.

V40 owner here. D2 engine, zero tax and 60-70 mpg. Build quality is good and my local dealer (Carlisle) has been spot on. The boot is a tad small but I can get the fatty in with the front wheel removed. Mine is a 65 plate.

Totally agree with flashy here. Some remakes are just total tosh and seem hell-bent on destroying any decency within the title ( King Arthur and his bunch of Cockney Rebels anyone?) Or the Point Break monstrosity….

A remake should be sensitive to the original or at least be slightly betterer.

Timidwheeler, I can’t blame you really. I have just spent 2 weeks at Harrogate on the physio side to try to mend my fubard back. Some of the guys n gals on the well being side looked properly burnt out. I’m lucky as my job now after 22yrs is office based.

    Good luck and best wishes.

Just out of curiosity what are you moving into?

Hello, Sciatica sufferer here too. L5 disc bulge and smashed L4 endplate. I was off work for 3 months earlier this year as I couldn’t sit for longer than 30 minutes. The GP told te they wouldn’t operate as they often do more damage going in.

I managed to find a fantastic physio who has now got me back to (almost) full fitness. A series of simple exercises and stretches have transformed my pain. I was on ibuprofen, dyhydrocodene all-sorts. Now the occasional ibuprofen.

My advice would be to find a decent physio with experience in dealing with back problems.

Oh, I also swapped to a hip pack and ditched the camelback as any pressure on the spine could irritate.

Good luck. You have my sympathy in regards to the pain.

Does anyone who eats them actually care?

Nah, folk who eat them are either too wasted to care or Students.

It’s used in the UK too but more with young offenders.

Mrs Feet works on the Youth Offending team and for a lot of kids, first offences etc. With kids it has a good success rate. Teaches the little darlings the error of their ways…

I was driving a Volvo V40 so not a rocket ship!! Probably slowed to 45 before it happened but it took a few brews before I felt better.

If I hadn’t had slowed they would probably have just driven into the side of me!! No obstacles at the junction to block the view so I guess they must have just had a brain fart.

    Ex Mold/Halkyn resident here.

As tillydog says, take a look on Flattyres MTB. If you go on Facebook Colin of said site runs weekly evening rides. Great pace and very friendly.

Take the bike and go and explore Halkyn but be prepared for sheep poo aplenty!! I used to be able to string a couple of hours out of a ride around there.

The clwyydian range has lots of bridlepaths to explore. Again try the chaps at NWMBA on Facebook for route advice. We used to run Wed night evening rides from Mold but I think they have died a bit of late.

Best bet would be Colin at Flattyres tho….

Oh and it will be wet. It’s always wet there….😂

Was a huge fan back in the days of Honda Accords, Volvo Estates, Nissan Primeras and Mondeo’s.

Went to a few races at Oulton Park too. Being able to have a nose around the pits was brilliant. The support races were great spectacles to watch too.

Last few races I watched featured Jason Plato and were just as thrilling.

Must get back into this. Can someone post a picture of a Volvo V70 estate touring car please

    Edit.cheers Matt.made my night that,….😂

Gentlemen. I did the original PSA. I apologise. I truly am sorry for the deaths of hundreds of baby robins and the chinstraps that supported them.

I shall now sit on the naughty step without pudding and wearing damp shoes.
