Still managing my two lots of exercise a day despite illness. Good blast along the Tees last night listening to The Jam seems to have driven out some bugs.Sports Science lecture at the Arc beforehand also provided food for thought.Not struggling with drinking a gallon of water a day either.About time I knocked down my Caffeine habit anyway.

Doing the 75 hard challenge at the moment.Not drinking seems less of a problem to me than not eating chocolate!It seems very addictive.Any advice about going Cadbury’s Cold Turkey would be appreciated.

^Some sort of lurgy here to,started first day of the challenge!I’ve just tried  battling through it.Hope I don’t pay for it tomorrow.

No cycling clothes on me.No problems with other users except the odd idiot bus driver.

^ Similar, woke up feeling sheet and had to battle through some weights.Walk for 45 minutes later.

I will join you all but do the 75 hard challenge . I need the no alcohol and food discipline requirement.I think a number of you do this challenge already,it just doesn’t have a name.Good luck all and avoid dem bugs!

We just escaped the rotten,corrupt and bureaucratic German empire tj. We are still under American rule (as are the Germans)so very little has changed.This country was on the slide long before the Brexit vote.

Anybody mind if I try the 75 hard challenge alongside this?I need to do more than just exercise to sort myself out.I know it’s not a very logical thing but I think I might be benefit from it.Avoiding the autumn sniffles will probably be my biggest issue.

Many of the schools round here are holding operations specialising in crowd control.As I have pointed out before,40% of children in Middlesbrough grow up in poverty.The figure is 60% in my adjacent council ward.That is the real violence not a one of riot.

The average male round here dies at 55.I,m living on borrowed time.

I read the posh boy hate and judgement (based on complete ignorance) and can only see the situation getting worse.I sense, few of you have the slightest idea who these people are and what it’s like to survive in the collapsed societies they exist in.Very sad.

If  Northumbria is anything like here, I doubt they will be able to spare a single officer.Many areas of this country are now Mad Max territory. Have been for years.

Anyway, the  footy season starts next week.Should distract most of them.

They smash up homes and cars all the time round here.Endemic looting and low level violence/ASB are as common as muck.You bunch need to get out more.
