My favourite statement regarding depression is that is it is the cost of MTFUing too many times.

Years of this is what got me.

    I have a ’14 plate Superb 1.4tsi petrol I get “indicated” 50mpg average on a motorway run.

It’s huge, comfy the twindoor boot is ace. Glad I got it.
I came from an Octavia vRS.

I would have another one, however I do like the look of the newer Mercs and Jags :D

No, and considering I’ve just spent 3 hours writing a proposal to sell ESET 2FA to a client I should really do so*

*I didn’t know they offered it.

There’s nothing more joyous than a group with their expando dog lead taking up the entire width of a shared path. I like it even more so when they grumble and moan at you having the audacity for wanting them to move over. It’s sad but some folk are just tossers.

Seems it comes down to your builder with these things. Mate at works new back garden looks like the Somme! (David Wilson homes) He’s having to fork out to get it all sorted, as the back garden (drainage, turf etc) wasn’t in the cost? His other neighbours are in the same boat too. Another bloke at work was left with a mud pit too (Taylor Wimpey).
My house and the rest of the estate all had the back gardens sorted (Redrow) and my other mates who live on a new estate opposite us are the same (Bovis).

I bought a Pebble and it’s the watch I wear all the time. It’s waterproof, the battery lasts for days and it integrates well with Android. My next watch will “hopefully” be another Pebble (a steel type one).

Seems like a good deal for just under £1k. Personally, I’d want disc brakes.

I bought a solar one from amazon. It lasted years as I took it to bits and used mastic around its seams.

Perhaps that Cashcam money would be better spent on some extra driver training which might stop you having an accident in the first place?

Does driver training give you ESP???? Not sure if obvious troll is obvious.

I always leave a 2 second gap when driving and plan ahead. This doesn’t stop other twunts doing stupid overtaking manouvres, pulling out of junctions when it’s not safe or my favourite today driving down the middle of an A road.

This shows their worth IMHO Ouch[/url]

@wolfenstein The same one as this? cam

I tested mine and I played it back on my Chromebook saves as .mp4 (handy) and it was fine. The way I see it is that it’s better than nowt!

@agent007 unfortunately the standard of driving + the cash for crash gits are making them a necessity to keep your no claims!

My cam turned up today and it seems ok (better than nothing). I don’t think I will use the rear cam. I need to purchase one of those piggy back cables to hard wire it in.

There’s a roundabout near my work that the cash for crash artists hang out at, this is why I’ve got one.

If it was my money, I wouldn’t buy Smeg. I had a freestanding Hotpoint and it was brilliant, we moved into this house that has Smeg everywhere (including dishwasher) and I am underwhelmed.

I like the Moto G my Mrs has the 2nd gen one, but the only poor thing on it is the camera. I heard they have upped the camera on the new one, so that’s good.

I just wish you could expand the storage via micro SD :(

@flyingox How is the night recording on the camera you have? Also is the rear camera just powered via the cable that plugs into the main unit?

    Watches this thread.

Crash for cash seems to be popular at the moment, so I am looking to get one. Spent an evening perusing online and came away none the wiser lol.

The pinnacle 16″ is well light and really nice. My other lad has a ridgeback mx16 it is ace but the pinnacle is miles lighter. Both of them 2nd hand cost me £90

Iron bridge is lovely. There’s loads of museums and down the coalport end (power station end) there’s a play area for the kids by the Severn.

I am seriously impressed with my youngest lad’s Pinnacle (ok it’s 16″) It is so light and well put together. When he needs a new bike, I will definitely be looking at them again.

Or get yourself to a local bmx track while the kids are in school.

Why  I frequently ride my local one with my lad whilst other kids are about. Sometimes other parents look confused, but we are having fun (I am occasionally used for fixing other kids bikes) and it’s better than standing there bored :D
