How weird. Last night I was thinking how hot the charger gets and that I wasn't happy about leaving it unattended due to the chance of it catching fire :? This isn't good at all will be charging it at work methinks (plus free leccy  )

The kitchener trail always puts a smile on my face (maybe i'm easily pleased or maybe I just like riding :D ) It's a bit eroded in places which can make your line interesting and there are a few tactical tree stumps  Go forth and enjoy.

I wouldn't bother with them mate. Mine snapped in no time, so I haven't bothered with them. I keep meaning to get a singulator or something similar for mine.

I've gone back to simple candybar phones as I find them more robust and less prone to crashing.

I moved from North Yorks to Ruskington (not far from Sludgford) and I journey out to Sherwood pines which is good for a blast, but I would prefer some natural stuff. I rode the Cranwell CX the other week on my rigid ss and was **** 'Twas ridiculous how fast they went!! I would be up for meeting like minded mountain stranded folk

Well I run one of these "cheap bits of rubbish" Exotic forks on my Genesis io with a 180mm rotor and it's great! I don't understand what the issue is with them? I mean just because it doesn't say White Brothers or Nukeproof it's therefore garbage?? I have rode black routes no probs on my super jey cheap forked rigid ss with no probs. Buy the exotic one and enjoy matey. With regards to the max rotor size I have no idea but I have no issues with a 180mm.

I had a fun discussion with someone at work, as they were ranting on about how cyclists should be using the cycle path. The cycle path in question is v narrow, is a shared right of way (it's great fun when you meet plebs walking about 6 dogs at once on it) and has oodles of junctions which is just what you need when trying to make progress to work. I tried it once and will never ever do it again it was more lethal than the road

I heard last week that the Lightning will be flying again. There is a group doing a similar thing to what they did with the Vulcan.

I got an email with a tracking id on it which you could use to see your order state. It took just over a week for mine to arrive. Royal snail did deliver them.

It baffles me at times at how little space some drivers give cyclists too
some drivers need to check this out http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/TravelAndTransport/Highwaycode/DG_070314
I look like a mobile lollipop man in all my dayglo and still I get plebs getting ridiculously close. I have ammended my route to avoid a notoriously bad road as it was getting a bit ridicuous. Licolshire drivers are quite possibly the worst I have shared the road with. I regularly see the loons dicing with death when I am in my car I mean is a possible fatality worth 10 minutes??

My ickle monster is 7 weeks next tuesday and I know me and the Mrs are going to have some fallouts  . I am in the old school don't pick them up every 5 minutes mind set, as from what i have seen pampered babies turn into right pains in the butt. If they are not in any harm, not hungry, not soiled and are perfectly safe let them cry it's not doing them any harm is it. Pandering to their every need will bite you in the ass at a later date.
