My son started crawling 2 weeks ago (just over 8 months) and has started trying to stand up, one of his little friends has not even attempted (just over 12 months) Kids develop a different stages don't get hung up on it. I am dreading when he is walking!!!! He's bad enough crawling.

I switched to Soya milk and I am less bloaty and windy. I also use soya protein powder for recovery. I also got less bloaty when I switched from white bread to granary, the Mrs has noticed she doesnt bloat as much either now after us changing breads. People do react differently to foodstuffs.

I do the exact same distance what I do is put some porridge with a scoop of protein powder in it in a Tupperware box. Either buy some milk or take some in and then Nike it in the microwave. I invested in a pendle saddlebag so as I could carry my brekkie lunch and spare underwear. Sticking the protein in has stopped me flagging a lot plus I was losing too much weight.
