mtb magazines do my head in. Too many adverts and not enough content imho. Waiting for privateer to land on the doorstep, to see if that will be any good.

I do mtb, road riding and I also run. I am not a skinny whippet nor am I overweight. I like cake and do eat some rubbish at times but I road ride 30 miles a day 4 times a week, run 6 miles at least once a week (not a mega distance I know) and either do a 30-50 mile road ride on a weekend or a 30 mile mtb ride. I do this as I sit at a desk most of the day so don't want my sedentary job to give me a gut. Some (my family do 😆 ) say I am crazy but hey I am not a drinker any more (sooner go out riding than have a hangover) and I like riding 😀 If folk are out riding their bikes who cares what they look like?? I probably look a twonk to the serious roadies but I don't give a hoot tbh.

I am going to jump out of it. I fancy air traffic control (some may say I am mad)

I have the short sleeved jersey in medium and it is a snug race fit I would go large for the long sleeved one. I own an on-one but I bought it as it was 'kin cheap. Most jersey prices are a jip if you ask me, I am tempted by the Planet X one though so I don't look like an on-one fan boi 😉

I do think we are a bit over generous and far too quick to empty our pockets in foreign aid. Yes it is v tragic but as said previous where are their ridiculously rich islamic brothers???? I am afraid if the shoe was on the other foot there wouldnt be a massive aid rush to help us.
Albeit on a lot lesser scale what about the poor folk who are still destitute from the cumbrian floods???? There wasnt a rush from the government to assist them??? Charity begins at home first i am afraid.

Sony phones are awful. Will never have another. Converted to the iphone as nothing beats it imho.
