You guys who wear the cheap Casios are just so edgy

Don’t think there’s a fan. The noise sounds like its coming from the airing cupboard. That’s where the cylinder is.

I’m sure STW tweeted something about it last week. They said it should be quite resiliant to the weather and SSers will struggle to clean a lap.

Cycling down one of the narrow country lanes i commute on, I got beeped at by a van with umpteen think bike stickers in the back. It did make me chuckle quite a bit.

I’m glad I’d ordered mine before the PSA 😀 I was desperate for a new saddle! The Anne Summersesque grips were a bonus!!

Grade 10 or 20 bearings are what you need.

You need to go and have a chat with roady tony!!! That is unacceptable behaviour!!! You need to massage it with oil, then stroke it gently with a merino cloth, once finished it needs to be handed to a nubile lady for lubrication.

Another happy giffgaff user here too. bought a 32gb iPhone 4S and went sim free as it worked out cheaper than going on a contract for a 16gb one??

My mate does triathlon ironman and all that and has been on team GB for long distance tri. He suffers from it quite bad, but he doesn’t let it stop him. He has never been told to stop riding if that’s of any comfort? He clocks up 46 miles a day just commuting, plus he has his extra training miles.

I used a “proper” Bob last week and I have to say that they are worth their money!! It went round the Penmachno trails and up around them there hills about that way no bother. I was hugely impressed by it.

I don’t know anything about the copies though.

My eldest @ 3 1/2 is a tantrum machine. My wife is brilliant with dealing with them, however I do struggle. I really need to learn to keep my patience, I find it really hard when he’s screaming and going mental. Maybe I need the help!!

Why lol at compression? I use it a lot. If you are riding hard and constant ie not mincing up a hill to chat to your mates for a bit, then ride down. So if you’re doing say 60+ welsh offroad miles a day over 3 days, you shouldn’t be thinking a bit more serious? Not everyone lives in trail centres.

Shame war of the wolds isn’t on this year 🙁 that’s great in the dry. The wolds is what it is. I have an old skool loop that goes out of Ruskington it’s a good training ride and pod for just getting out. It’s lincs so we have to make do 🙂
Conan is also another RAF Waddo Waller 😉
