I have one as a rear. It’s not done massive
Mileage so I can’t comment on longevity. I don’t really rate it though as it’s well draggy.

I’ve just started renting our house out due to a relocation. We are using a letting agent as we have no choice. If I was more local, I would have used an agent for finding a tenant then sorted everything else myself. This is a good site Landlordzone[/url]

Clarkson is a parody of himself IMHO. I used to enjoy his books but stopped getting them a long time ago. He doesn’t really bother me, but I can understand why he irritates some.

That pyrolite looks sweet. This could be my future commuter bike (need road geo but with the ability to off-road when I want to).

That arkose 3 is up there on my list for commuting duties and exploring. The green needs to happen in that model!!!

I loaned a flash(large cup) and thought it was ace for brew making and rat pack cooking. I’m not sure I want one for cooking “normal” food. If that’s what you’re after you can’t go wrong IMHO. I would buy one, but I’m not sure I have the need anymore.

I really enjoyed it and hope to do it again. The course ran really well and personally I preferred it to mayhem.

Just to brow in the mixer there’s MBCUK. I would say it’s run well by Chip Rafferty (my mate is qualled by them) however I didn’t like how they passed a guy who was incompetent.

Late reply as I’m still unpacking lol. I’m out towards Donnington. There looks to be lots of cycle paths to keep out of the busier roads which is nice as I don’t think I would want to ride on some of them lol.
One of them goes down towards iron bridge I may venture out down that way.

I am MIAS qualled with the expedition element. Personally I wouldn’t go down that route. Go for BC as this is what is getting pushed now. The guy who runs MIAS is a one man band. Personally I wasn’t 100% happy with my instructor.
I only got it so I could lead guys from work (military)

Just recently got one of those Leckies bargain Altura Variums. I like it. Not too heavy and the side vents are a treat (not tried it’s waterproofness yet)

Awww that sucks. He was ace! I loved him we. He was on Russell Brands Radio 2 show taking sex drugs that he’d nicked from Mr Brand. RIP Roger Lloyd Pack you were a great entertainer.

Another thumbs up for Giant. I borked my shock eyelet bush through hamfistedness and had a drama when some idiot drilled my rocker arm trying to get said bolt out. Contacted them, explained my situation; they sent me replacement parts for free!!!! (Bloody quick too) I sent them loads of biscuits and Haribo in return. Top guys IMHO.

I had a Uvex (top of the range road one can’t remember the name)which fell to pieces. Rutland cycles were really good with the whole process. Mainly because they lost it lol. You should be ok as they should be able to tell if it’s hamfistedness.

It’s the fact these folk (there are a lot by the way). Do eat junk (one lad doesn’t consume any fruit or veg during his day) they get larger then whe. It comes fitness test time they get injured due to not doing any exercise (won’t even take the stairs!!) and the fact their body is a lot heavier. They get signed off and the downward spiral continues. It gets ‘kin annoying if you’re in my shoes as it does have an effect on others. Lazy attitude and a lack of personal pride in your appearance is what the problem is here (there are numerous folk who have to get specially tailored larger uniforms FFS). I’ll never forget my old man saying he would slap me if I got a gut lol (he’d have trouble now RIP Dad). Anyway that’s my personal experience, obviously there are many other factors in civvy street.

All the chunky chimps in my workplace (forces) are that way due to: sedentary jobs, eating crap and not exercising. It’s infuriating for me as they are the ones who are signed off sick due to dodgy knees, bad backs etc (stress from the excess weight). I get a bee in my bonnet about such folk, as those who do take care of themselves get to pick up their extra duties. So from a personal point of view that’s why fatties do my nut in 🙂
