It’s fine. I was there today I was surprised by how it looked.

I switched from time to the trail spds and my only critisism is I can escape easier from the spds. I felt I was clipped in a lot tighter in the atac system. But I refused to pay £15 for new cleats.

I don’t think the Kaffenbak and light go together in the same sentence 🙂 they do look great though.

Looks like the durano is top choice then! There are also the rages from PX with the Kevlar puncture strip.

My mate had something “similar”. A guy hit him from the side, he did a somersault (was clipped in) and landed on his bonnet. Luckily he was ok bar some bruising and muscle strains. His bike was written off and it took almost a year to get paid out!! It was ridiculous.

If it’s like the burgtec trailers you spin the handlebars to embrace the 29er wheel.

Is it the ridiculous climbs (to mere mortals) that have been reversed 🙂

I pays my money for sunglasses as cheap ones give me a headache (Oakley all the way for me) for clear lenses (my Oakley yellow lenses are crap for my new dark urban commute) I don’t see the Oakley premium.

I feel your pain having had idiots living next door before. I complained and then went for the fight ire with fire method.
They didn’t like Enter Shikari at über decibels at lunch time. Funny old thing they shut up after that.

My new workplace hasn’t got showers 🙁 I nip in one of the disabled loos (I know I’ll burn in Hull) and have a full naked flannel wash. That works a treat.

As I’m not 2 faced, I’d not communicate with them unless it was for a work related/professional reason. Just because they’d killed another human. TBH I do this with most people I don’t like at work 😀

Why??? I’m on my 2nd incarnation of iPhones and I would have another. They are built better than the plastic Samsung crap.

Emotional is the word that would best describe my commute home. Leaning at a 45 degree angle to stay upright was fun!! I don’t know if that or the headwind was worse!!!

Does it have to be panniers?? I use a Carradice sqr tour. It’s ace. I’ve commuted for 5 years with it. I get my lunch, undies, socks, pump, toolkit, spares and a spare gore text jacket in it.

Loving how these garmin outdoor bike units are not very waterproof!! I am convinced it was water that trashed my old edge 500.

Route 55 is part of my route Telford way. It was route 81 near Shifnal where the signing was a bit sparse (or maybe I missed it in the dark)

I’ve got a mk7joystick as a helmet light and it’s ace IMHO. Used it for 24 hour racing and night riding. It’s been perfect.

I did a 100 mile sportive on my el mariachi and it was all good. (I did have Halo twin rail tyres on) I’ve done the Manc Blackpool twice and by eck it was carnage at the beginning bits.

I already have a HD screen and mouse + keyboard. Hmmmm mini+ More RAM. Is iTunes quicker on a mac? (Genuinely never tried it on one). I do like the mini’s iddy biddy size. Decisions, decisons.

On my 2010 Defy, I tried road racers mk2 thought they were rubbish (150 miles a week), defy guards fell to bits at the stays. Got SKS bluemels on and they are ok. They need adjusting every now and again and rattle a bit. The defy is a pain for guards especially with certain 25mm tyres (I use 23mm).

The defy is a great road bike and I really enjoy ridin mine. It sucks up the miles and is easy on your body. I however want to sell mine as I have a CX itch to scratch lol.
