Anglian were ocntacted to replace hundreds of windows on camp. Now I am not sure if htey contract some of the work out, but the windows were crap and the workmanship was awful. Our neighbours had a big gap at the top of their front window!! Our windows didn’t shut and open properly. When it came to redoing the windows in my house, they were first on the list to avoid!

It’s laughable, as they are like the extremists that they oppose (maybe less bombing). Fundamental nutters are idiots no matter what creed, background or colour. It’s frustrating that this gubbins goes on.

I am looking to sell my 2010 Trance X2 in small (standard bar Stans 355 wheels on XT hubs [straight and true] and Race Face atlas bars). I just need to put the chainset back on it. It’s got a few scratches and rubs but nothing major (I did ride it) but the linkage bearings, bottom bracket, cables are new. The shock and fork have been serviced (fork has the low friction seals in it) recently too (basically I serviced it all on my Park Tools course last year and haven’t ridden it since!)

Jamie I was a doubter, but it isn’t that bad. You have to do things a little bit differently but not massively different. I still have my iPad so Mr Jobs won’t come and haunt me yet (I’ve heard it’s like the film “the ring” if you sell all your Apple products)

The Galaxy range build material is what put me off Samsung phones. I’ve just got the Z1 compact and it’s a thing of wonder. After years of Apple, I am very impressed.

I find the commuters more annoying. Some people log every time they even look at a bike. Don’t see the point of logging every commute on Strava.

I commute 20+ miles a day on my road bike. What’s different about me logging that and someone logging 10 miles at a trail centre??

Yup I had a trance and a singlespeed genesis. Sold the genesis, bought an el mariachi. The trance was last ridden in May last year!! Once I replace its bottom bracket it’s up for sale.

I think whatsapp is ace. I use it loads for sending pics of our kiddies to relatives. It’s less faff than an email IMHO.
