1.8t Octy is a good choice as the engine is tough.

I do 10 – 20 miles each way and I am using a rucsack. I don’t mind it. Used to use a carridice seatbag and that was good too.

It’s the 1.2 pop (I chuckled at the name) no remote central locking but the ones with it have no key hole in the boot. So if your battery fails you have no boot access???? For the dosh it seems a bloody good car. As I said above my mate has an older 1.1 eco on 100k with one service and he’s had no bother.

The basic model has a trip/fuel computer, which surprised me!! The city mode parking assist is bonkers light.

Test drove the 1.2 pop today and…. What a hoot that is to drive. They are solid for a little car. Yup I’m sold!!!

Wow!! STW panda love in 😆 A guy at work has one (I had forgot he drove one) 100k on an ’08 plate (owned from new) and he’s had it serviced once!! and he’s had trouble free motoring. Think I may go tyre kick at the weekend.

Pines makes great use of what they have like Mr cash said. I’m not sure I’d travel a distance just for it though.

Moto G is a blinder for the money. I have the Sony Z1 compact and it’s better than the Samsung IMHO.

I have recently let out our home due to a relocation. I am 2 1/2 hours drive away from my property and….. I am getting shut of my agent at the end of the 12 months!! It’s money for old rope, the first problem the tenants had (the shower broke) I ended up sorting out via my contacts over the phone. If you have friends, family or anyone you can trust get them to help you.

Welcome to the frustrating world of Stan’s rims!!! I had dramas on my Arch EX (29er) with Geax Saguaros and a Maxxis Ignitor. Spesh tyres work a treat on them.
Someone will be along shortly saying it’s you and they haven’t had a problem, blah, blah , blah 😆

Three mobile (surprisingly) After charging me £27 for a load of SMS messages that were grouped together as MMS (not in their Ts & Cs about this). They wrote off the debt and didn’t charge me for that month either!!

I bought the DHB slice 25l (good old BC discount) and it’s brilliant!! I was out for a good while in a downpour last week and the raincover works!!!

Hmm, may go for 44; as I find 40 way too narrow.

May check out the Omegas, as I can use my BC Halfords discount. From reading online the Omegas are a touch narrower on the hoods?? What size did you use Jamie? as you’re a similar size to me.

Bought one a few weeks ago and I stream, stream, stream my life away now. It’s a brilliant bit of kit. I use vget on my phone to stream from the web to it.

I have commuted by road bike for years. I’ve moved to an area where I can take in offroad as well as road. The Cx bike I’ve recently bought has rekindled my love of riding. My commute is so much more fun now. I’ve not touched my carbon road bike.

It’s bloody annoying as I’ve never had this issue in the past. I was even using the same phone on GiffGaff and didn’t get stung like that for bulk messages?? I’m glad I’m going back to GiffGaff (got lured to 3 with the promise of 4G etc. I can’t even get sodding 3G lol) at the end of the month.

I went to a new years party once after being there 5 mins they came and asked for cash towards the food (didn’t know that was coming) anyway me and another mate were found eating the gateauxs straight out of the packet. The hostess wasn’t impressed 😀 I’d had my tea before going so I was having desert.
