no help sorry but everytime i see the words MS & Exchange i shudder to my core and feel sick and the nightmares come back to haunt me…

must have been 2001 and the exchange 5.5 server registry got corrupt and i/we lost over 200 mailboxes as the backups messed up….

never touched it since…. but i hear it has moved on somewhat!

i dont have accurate figures but my 1.6vtec hrv is getting nowhere near the above, its stated as 27.2mpg stock and i agree.

then again its part time 4WD so i guess this knocks it down a bit~!

theres a guy in our street must be very early 20’s, he drives a 13 plate Audi A3, rents his house and works in a local factory on an average wage.

he told me he took out a massive loan for it, he doesnt drink or go out much but the car makes him happy.

theres also a recent housing estate near us that has just sold the last new house, i know a few lads who live there (all have 1-3 year old audis, mercs, jeeps)and its all about the ‘image’ they freely admit they dont have a pot too p*ss in and are loaned/credit carded up to the max and all have interest only mortgages and its all about the image!

end of the day each to their own.

took for test drive and its a little better, but the accelerator is still heavy and not much modulation, it’s either the throttle body spring has been changed as it seems stiff or the inner cable is shot. But i lubed the cable and disconnected it it was smooth.

there are two bolts which slide out and there are two studs which are part of the main body, so the throttle body slides off the two studs…

just need to break the seal oin the gasket..

If I do get offered the job it is a no brainer as im going nowhere here and it is time to move on, we have a good family support network and they have all said they will chip in.

The irony is there is so many options once I get my foot in the door to move about into different roles and may end up back on 9-5 after a few years.

I guess staying healthy and eating the correct food is the key.
