Yeah, shame the second season was rubbish up until the last episode before the break, which was ok.

I hate to see it, but the budget issues were really showing

90% of the second series so far has been zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Watched it already… it’s good!

    thank god!

cheers all, i think i will give the top tube one i was given a go on the weekend, as stated above it did worry me having the rear fixed one with regards stability, also i can imagine as above it will be less harsh and give a bit better control.

cant wait now, she will ‘hopefully’ love it! might be a bit messy with the gear and brake cable ontop

hi sorry forgot the important bit,

my daughter will be 2 in june, to start off it will be along the local canal and take the bike on holiday around the campsite etc.

i wouldnt dare go out on the road with her (just me !)

i was given the top tube seat but don’t fancy it to be honest.

i was about to type “they could have installed it on the other side of the roof”

    I’ll get my coat

    ps- they do look sh*T!

is the urban myth true aswell, you have to have them installed for about 300 years before you get any visible payback financially?

I wish I could post something middle class, but the wife did the food shop in aldi’s, I bought a scratch card and sausage roll from the spar on the way to work in my 10 year old battered fiesta. oh, oh I did wear a blue shirt to work and sat in a warm office all day, does that count?

havent read the above but from our experience (limited budget/didnt see the point in buying new)…

just my views from going through it as it is a sensitive subject to some!!….

you can get good second hand gear off ebay especially if you want a flash travel system.

the way baby stuff is advertised/marketed its all to pull at your heart strings and SPEND, SPEND , SPEND!

i would avoid Quinny, totally form over function and we had a nightmare with ours.

    good luck

Wales deserved the win (ok biased), was touch and go there mind, think 1/2p will be taking over all the kicking duties from now on. hopefully be a grandslam finish Wales and france 😉

dont know if i can watch the welsh match!! the tension will be too much.

yes alot of youngsters in again due to injuries but i like this as the sooner we ‘blood them’ the better it will be for the future.

didnt everyone write wales off before the ireland v wales world cup match 😉

i think if wales have a sh*t game they will mix it right up selection wise which could be interesting.

looking forward to the england game, very intersting to see how they get on and the style of play.

we had one of these fitted just over 18 months ago.

all in it came to just over £1,700, this was a local firm who were known not to be the cheapest but the best.

this was with a wireless thermostat, taking away the old boiler, moving the new boiler to another wall.

I wish they’d drop the star in a car. Its too long and tedious.

i agree, they should actually go a bit 5th gear and review more normal cars as a section instead of star in a car, but still take the p*ss.

i remember my brother tried to get into the marines way back in 1982. dad took him down, my brother goes into interview dad waits outside, 15 minutes later my brother comes out , head down.

my father was asked into the interview room, he basically told my dad that your boy was too ‘nice’ and wouldnt hack it.

when pressed he went on to say they prefered kids from rough backgrounds.

i still wind him up to this day as he cried all the way home in the car

dont know if its changed but about 10 yars ago a mate had a huge extension built, he had a bit of bother when it was signed off as the RSJ wasnt ‘legit’ and he didnt have a certificate for it.

cant remember the exact details but the words RSJ + Certificate ring a bell 😉

just getting back into it after a 20 year absence (was quite good when i was 14/15 but then found the joy of cheap cider from the corner shop)…. so funny seeing how far the technology has come , like most sports golf is very “all the gear no idea” had to laugh at the bloke going mental up the driving range with his new 8 million pound driver and couldnt even get the ball past 50yrds poor sod…..

as above most of our local clubs are screaming for new members, the days of waiting lists are long gone.

the steering rack was shot to **** at about 50k miles as it run totally dry beofore the wife finally came clean and said “the steering is making noises”

new rack has been fitted and i check the level every week and it has never dropped or needed topping up.

Will it do it at a standstill?
